What do you like best about Foodics?

The sales data is auto collated into excellent reports that allow me to take decisions based on numbers. Takes away the time consuming work of making these reports manually allowing me to take data based decisions. The user interface is straight forward and very informative. If I ever had questions, the team and especially my account manager was fantastic and immediately answered all queries. Never had any downtime or operational bugs. What do you dislike about Foodics?

The only thing I don't like is that the auto email option, for purchase orders to suppliers and end of day reports to the internal team , only allow for one email each. Suppliers ask for the po to be sent to multiple emails for their trails, and for my team, I would like the end of day reports to be sent to location manager and myself , this isn't possible and I hope they can address this as it is a necessity in today's framework. it is a complete package for any F&B entity or industry with a complete solution from the menu to recipes to stock inventory I would say one who is using knows the best of it. you get software support from your line associates very efficiently in my case Miss Asma is dealing with us and I was surprised when I get msg from her in the middle of the night that your work is done and you are online coz we request in a very short time that we want to get live in the morning opening she finishes the job before time top-level services 10/10 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Foodics?

The system is user-friendly, it has features that cater to our business needs. The staffs are very supportive. Mark from the installation team has been super amazing since day 1. He has helped us more than what is required from him, and had trained us effectively. We feel that they listen and are very understanding of our needs. Marice and Mark had worked on our menu for 3 hours and made sure everything is perfect. They were physically on with us during our launching date, that level of service is something to beat. What do you like best about Foodics?

The simplicity of the system, we integrated with Marketman recently, we are already integrated with Deliverect. To sum it, if you are working with any parties, foodics can easily connect it with the system.

Our least favorite feature is the repor. They don't have one summarized report that the operation needs. I hope you can improve it so you will have a full great system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Foodics?

It's a perfect inventory solution , user friendly and esay to update. Cashier App can update in just seconds.

With foodics you will never find that you are struggling with support. i have experienced the Support and it's amazing and rapid response specially account Manager Purvi Gupta.
