We need a simple Mobile Number + OTP login for customers to order without going through a lengthy process of entering email id and name + checkbox to terms and conditions, majority of companies have moved to OTP login process to make the ordering process simpler and seamless. App - Address selection has issues when selecting the location + issues deleting addresses. Comet does not show the list of items/dishes to be delivered to riders. Orders marked as completed in comet still show up in Prime Order Taker as Dispatched and have to be manually marked as completed The overall UI can be updated for the ordering page to keep up with industry standards. No one bothers in support because of less staff I think. Queries remain unsolved for 10-15 days. The escalation process takes a lot of time. This hampers our business a lot but no one bothers. Don't know Founders are looking into this or not. This is an important platform so queries should be solved within a day. At times entire operations in our cafes got stuck just because of the lack of support.
