**What do you like best about RemoteVS?**

Live video feeds, easy to use and real time conversations. Implemation is bit easy. I used weekly or sometimes 2-3 times 1 week.  Features like change the orientation helps.

**What do you dislike about RemoteVS?**

Sometimes image quality gets down and connectivity issues. Sometimes customer support takes more than a week to solve queries. Integrating with remoteVS is difficult sometimes.

**What problems is RemoteVS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

remoteVS helps to become the eyes of the customers in real time supports. Live video feeds helps to make string relationship between customer and organization.Barcode system and realtime communication helps too much while engaging with customers.
