First of all, based on the technology that they use , the web applications shall be available on mobile, android and IOs along with several web applications.Besides, they shall be several solutions on advanced messaging , international calls and text messages. I believe the lack of end-to -end encryption in RCS follows RichCall and maybe they limited their services. In short, Rich communications services has several features for calling and texting online. However there was an issue with end to end encryption. The WebApp Rich call is not available on multiple marketplace and is targeted the videoconference market.
