**What do you like best about XMReality?**

The most innovative and useful feature that XMReality offers is "Hands overlay" which is a function where you can display your hands or products  overlaid in a videofeed from the end user, similar to augmented reality, This is really helpful when guiding customers and explaining niche details about a specific product. There are also all the features that you would expect in a video tool, like pausing the videofeed, posting text in an ongoing call, muting participants and more. The team at XMReality is also very responsive to feedback about their tool and any improvements or issues you might have will be taken seriously. We use this tool daily and it's easy to use, It's been of great help in my customer meetings.

**What do you dislike about XMReality?**

Currently, there is no option to have multiple videostreams active in one call, which can be a hindrance when greeting participants in a call, but can be alleviated by doing it one by one.
There is also a pretty restrictive character limit in the text option during an active call, around 50 characters or so.

**What problems is XMReality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

XMRealitys tool help us to do work which usually requires a field technician to visit the customer, this is due to needing to know how a product is installed to validate that it's installed according to requirements, as well as resolving issues customers might experience with our products, This is beneficial to both us and the customer saving us and the customer both time and money when which would be spent on a field technician

**What do you like best about XMReality?**

I like the idea of it and the functionality it provides and the easy access it provides our customers to much better support than we can do over the phone. I personally use it around once a week so I get to try it fairly often

**What do you dislike about XMReality?**

When talking to customers I always seem to have audio issues when it comes to bluetooth headsets. The interface on the customer side provides no help when choosing what audio output to use and they can simply not hear me when there is noise around them. Working with industrial clients this simply kills the entire feature and I have to assist using pictures or over the phone.

**What problems is XMReality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a fleet of machines that run at the customers factories. As with all things they break down or need service. Often using XM we can diagnose and repair without traveling to our customers. Norway might be small, but traveling takes forever and the customers don't wish to wait.

**What do you like best about XMReality?**

Being able to work with customers real time and see what they see. When using this software it allows the customers to show me exactly what they see and i can go with them step by step or see things they might not be seeing

**What do you dislike about XMReality?**

there is not much that i dislike. This product is able to let me do my job so much easier. Im not sure I would change anything in this product as it does allow for the real time support option

This is a fantastic product and should be used in all tech support with hands-on use.

hands on issues. We can solve issues with software and hardware on our products to see communication or hardware issues. I'm able to be more productive and effective.

**What do you like best about XMReality?**

XMreality provides the user with a easy and flexible way to provide remote support for both bussiness and private customers. The administrative tools are plenty and can be used to provide step by step instructions both for your own use and for the use of the customer who recieves guidance.

**What do you dislike about XMReality?**

At times the connection over XMReality can be a bit choppy, I'm not sure if that has to do with the servers or if that is an issue with poor internet connection from the customer's side. I use the XMReality tool several times daily, and somtimes I wish it had a butten to turn it on and off again, leaving it on between sessions is just wasting electricity and having to pull and put in the power connector can be a bit tedious.

**What problems is XMReality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves several technical issues which previously had to be solved  by sending a technchion out to the costumer. Now we can provide remote support and solve these issues, saving both money and time.

**What do you like best about XMReality?**

The fact that you can actually show things on the recipiants screen is quite a good feature, also able to freeze images and continue to work on them has helped!

**What do you dislike about XMReality?**

This is not really any fault of the XMReality software, but we are dependable on a good internet or 4-5G connection to be able to use it properly, however in some buildings with a lot of concrete/steel structure's this has proven to be difficult, that is why the feature of using picture's is so good, the recipiant can step outside the building for better reception and we can continue there.

**What problems is XMReality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The surplus of being able to write or highlight items when a customer is filming, because we support international customers and language differences can cause for mistakes, it is nice to be able to pinpoint where to look or interveen.

The ability to send links to other companies to get remote support using temporary links is fantastic. The audio and web interface is very easy to use and strait forward for any company to use.

**What do you dislike about XMReality?**

Would like the ability to save a contact and then automatically generate a link and send it to their email on dm=emand rather than having to enter the name and phone number ever time.

**What problems is XMReality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had the issue of not being able to show a manufacturer what our issue is while out on the floor. Images work but its slow and inefficient. XMReality provides the abaility to not have to worry about if the remote support has the required software to join the call since its all web based.

The most helpful part of using the app is the ease of use & the available features which helps provide a higher level of quality for customer support.

I havent been disappointed by the use of the app except that there are a few cases where I would like to create my own pdf form on-the-fly instead of choosing one from a drop down menu.

Once a person has received your link can easily connect to you, the person does not need to install any software or sign up the opening an account. Even the existing XMReality users can easily connect with you without interruption and without any link. Once a person opens the link in any web browser by clicking the link, this action will notify you to join over a call with them. Once both parties are connected with each other this allows users to see their online movement on screen and it makes work easier.

Xr reality includes AR(arugmented reality), MR(mixed reality) and VR( virtual reality) offer enhanced training, improved customer engagement, increased productivity.

XM reality has high development cost. The cost is very high to maintain all the XR reality functions. Limited adoption while immersive technologies are gaining in popularity, they are still relatively new, and some industries and audiences may ne slow to adopt them.

Increased productivity. MR( mixed realtity) and VR (virtual reality) is used to create virtual workspaces that enable remote collaboration abd improves productivity.

As a product, XM Reality is incredibly easy for users to use - the features are easy to access with common-sense user interface design, making training and deployment a more simple task. 

In terms of people - XMReality has incredible staff members who were always on hand to ensure we were supported as a project, offering recommendations when required, responding quickly to queries and being on hand to support.

**What do you dislike about XMReality?**

There's not much to say here at all, if anything - one area of development may be in having in-house change resource with experience of landing video diagnostic initiatives - this would be a good avenue given the growth expected in video inspections and calling.

**What problems is XMReality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us in the Housing Sector, getting our response times for customers back to pre-covid levels is proving challenging given the backlog caused by the pandemic, XMReality enabled us to offer quick appointments for our property teams to inspect repairs issues within SLA's, reducing the cost per appointment and our carbon footprint.

**What do you like best about XMReality?**

I started to use XMReality back in 2021. At the beginning, the system looked over complicated. However, once I started using it, it proved that it has many ergonomic feature and fun to use. It helped our after market department many times to figure out issues at the customer site and troubleshoot the problems.

**What do you dislike about XMReality?**

XMReality comes with a cost. The initial investment looks scary; but the system has proved itself and every penny we spent worth the investment. However, for the small firms the cost could be prohibitive.

XMReality is used as a sophisticated and easy-to-use tool to remotely support our wast customer base internationally. We were able to reduce the time to troubleshoot most of the issues experienced by our customers.

XMReality added extensive value in supporting Sovereign's mission to scale Video Triage capability. XMreality Provided expert guidance on how best to utilize video calling through previously positive engagements, maximising the best possible use of its feature set.

The application toolset, is seen by a few end users, as too enriched with functionality, making it difficult for first-time users to know which feature best works for them.

Enabled Sovereign Housing to target a growing backlog of Housing related service requests. Increasing front-line staff availability to support vulnerable customers at the first point of contact, specifically for damp & mould related queries and boiler failures.

All the tools and using them effectively.  Need to practice using them smoothly.  Not laid out intuitively

Many of our distributor's technicians are inexperienced and frequently sent out independently.  This tool helps us get to resolutions quicker than just verbal communication.

Very good  video definition and very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about XMReality?**

I can't use the glasses alone. If I need to show something to someone but the other people don't have the license.
It will be good if I can call myself and then call other people to join the meeting.
Another bad thing that my IT area says that the glasses are like an android phone (which is good in my opinion), but they said that the android is less safe than IOS.

I can call anyone even if they don't have the XM reality software on their computer. I'm very sure that if I could do this, more people will see how the glasses works and more people will try to use.

**What do you like best about XMReality?**

It could generate the link instantly and can send the link by SMS or email. 
The customer could connect with remote just by clicking the link and don't need to install the app.

**What do you dislike about XMReality?**

When sending a SMS to China users, the customer takes very long time to receive it.
It takes very long time about 3-5mins to make the connection. The user's web page loads very slowly in China region, the webpage show a white background for 3-5mins, then pop up the access request windows.

**What problems is XMReality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can help me to fix the system issue remotely, save our travel time and cost. Some issues that must be fixed onsite now could be fixed remotely with the guidence of XMreality.

**What do you like best about XMReality?**

Since starting to use XMReality last year, it has proven itself time and time again as an easy way to quickly set up a remote video call to a customer to gather more information about physical hardware issues they are having. The ability to get a video call up and running in less than 30 seconds with no software to install or special accounts to deal with on the customer side has been huge.

The PointPad has proven essentially useless to us - it looks super cool to have your hand appear on the screen and makes a great demo, but for real-world use with customers, using the pointer features in the app has proven far more effective and convenient than setting up the PointPad.

Just use the app, don't bother with the PointPad - it is a wonderful experience just using the app to interact with the customer.

We are an inbound call center that handles technical issues with our hardware and software, and we frequently have to guide users through complex diagnoses or repairs over the phone. Before XMReality, we were doing this blind, which led to confusion on the user's part and errors being made. Now we can confidently guide the user and the user gets a great experience.

Sometimes there are hangups with people not being able to join the call but it is rare. Sometimes the XM Reality plugin for MS Teams does not open XM reality.

Allows for instant support to be able to be provided, relatively easily, in remote areas, especially in circumstances where I, or others in the team, cannot physically travel to the location.

**What do you like best about XMReality?**

Working in tech support we support medical simulators and we work with educators and nursing staff who are not comfortable troubleshooting the electronics. This application allows us to guide our customers and troubleshoot as if we were right their with them.

**What do you dislike about XMReality?**

The only downside is if we need to show a customer something on one of our in-house simulators we can use the hand's overlay camera but it can be time-consuming to set up or we would carry our laptops and use the webcam but there is no real portable solution.

We are troubleshooting state of the art medical simulators and it has saved us many times from having to send in a simulator to be repaired and we can fix it remotely using video guidance

**What do you like best about XMReality?**

It's easy to get going, just generate a link and send it out. You can point, draw, record and take snapshots and more within the video feed which is helpful in different scenarios, depending on the problem. Recording and taking photos also provide an opportunity for documentation.

**What do you dislike about XMReality?**

Obviously, the application needs good bandwidth. Therefore it's not as recommended in areas where the bandwidth does not have good coverage. However, it's possible to play pre-recorded videos in the feed which is a workaround.

**Recommendations to others considering XMReality:**

Let the users try and educate themselves by using it internally between themselves to get going.

**What problems is XMReality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote Guidance gives us a quick overview of the identified problem. Because of that, we can directly see what actions we need to take, if we can solve the problem remotely by guiding the customer, or if we need to go to the site. If we need to go to the site, we already know what equipment we need to bring. When we can solve the problem remotely we save a lot of time and can help more customers. We also have a big sustainability focus and if we don't have to visit every site we can reduce the emissions with less traveling. It's also more cost-effective since the customer has to pay for an on-site visit and the visit also costs us, so that's a win-win situation.

I most find it useful when attempting to troubleshoot and am able to view what the other person is seeing so that I can confirm that it is the proper steps being taken.

Occasionally the session will have some sort of problem when connecting where some users do not get the link.  I have not found any consistency between who is unable to use the links.

It is very useful if you need to be able to view other locations without being able to go on site.

Being able to guide someone through a complex process that may require may written steps, but only few visual steps.
