**What do you like best about SightCall?**

It is a very different tool from other conference systems. I think that this tool has provided incredible solutions for us, we love it because it allows conferences to be held with high quality, the videos are very sharp and stable, we have used the system and we can achieve augmented reality. So it is much newer for us, this tool offers many features, it is very broad in terms of video conferences or events, it does an incredible function and I am happy for it, improving the visibility of our conferences every day.

**What do you dislike about SightCall?**

In my opinion the system has worked incredibly and in the general opinion of the company and our users we have noted that the software and its interface is incredible the way to create web conferences in is extremely simple and maintains all login stability in conferences it is handled in a successful way i do not have any kind of disadvantage with the tools advances and grows little by little, (no problems.)

A company that is dedicated to improving the live system more and more, such as conferences or events and communication so that we always look sharp with a possible high definition and in this way we can express ourselves without any inconvenience or failure for me is a company that cares about its software and every time it improves the updates, it is for that reason that I recommend companies.

In the company, a conference system is obviously needed to carry out events or work communication either within the company or outside it, however, investigating between different systems we found, collaborative systems, conference-only system, but we wanted to go beyond a system That it was much more different conferences to Sightcall, I managed to communicate not only the company but also allow live systems to give technical support to customers, the support we can give is incredible, using artificial intelligence we have managed to indicate to users the problems or failures they have optimally, it's incredible.

It is a really incredible tool, with it I can make video calls of high audiovisual quality, in real time with excellent graphic speed in addition to providing tools such as geolocation, zoom, on-screen marking which helps to solve problems quickly thanks to the technical support of the staff trained which makes this software an incredibly useful instrument.

Sightcall is a global software that provides  users with ability to guide their team members remotely. It has incredible features which include Video conferencing, Real-time charts, Visual Support, Mobile Apps and Screen sharing. Live video calling has enabled users to connect with their customers in different locations and work with them one on one.Users can also offer remote assistance to their users.

**What do you dislike about SightCall?**

So far Sightcall is incredible.it has excellent user support. However, communication becomes a bit difficult in areas with low internet connectivity. This makes videos to hang.

I highly recommend it. Its economical, provides excellent user support,and its secure as it operates on an encrypted network.

Sightcall has enabled us to shorten claim life-cycle  by replacing onsite visits with live videos. We can also guide our clients remotely and work with them one on one increasing the efficiency of our services. This has helped us cut down the overall costs in our company.

**What do you like best about SightCall?**

Sightcall is best tool for official communication and for files haring. Audio and video quality is always prefect by this tool and it provides us the great features of screen sharing and for important information sharing in an instant manner. It is most intuitive tool for business meeting and it’s is easy to use. The most favorite thing about this software is that it has a superb features with the great ability. I also share the information with anyone in a more efficient way. It provide us the way for fast conversation with friends and colleagues. It is really help me in all my important business meeting.

The biggest disadvantage of this software is that sometime with slow internet connection it makes our conversation difficult and harder. Moreover, there are same features that are missing in this software. Another problem that we faced is that sometimes we cannot communicate in groups via video chat, because of some internet problems. For the new users, it is so difficult for use and not much popular as Skype or Business Hangouts are.

This software is an excellent tool that provides clear real-time video calls without delays or issues, and it is very easy to use. With this application, it is possible to establish communication with clients and coworkers, offering solution alternatives, providing quality and effective communication through video and audio. It allows us to communicate effectively and thus avoid physically going to other places, since with this application we can establish a video call and address important matters. It is very easy to use and install, and the graphical interface is ideal for anyone to handle without complications. It is perfect and innovative.

The time we have been using this application, it has never failed, so I cannot make any negative comments. It is ideal and excellent for establishing communication with clients, associates, and coworkers.

**What do you like best about SightCall?**

I like it because I can communicate with coworkers and clients in real time and help in the project process that we are doing, I can also do it from anywhere. It makes me feel safe because I can see others and they see me. It is easy to use and with excellent audio quality without interference in communication.

Most clients adapted to this form of communication, but others did not, and those that cost them a little more, had to do more detailed training to be able to handle Sightcall more easily.

I recommend that when they implement it in the company, they are accompanied by trained personnel, since it may be that the process is new for you and you configure this software incorrectly. It must be advised by experts in the field.

Providing the customer with good service provides greater growth in business and companies.
With this tool we can give our clients an assisted navigation and thus we can attend their requests and requirements as well as solve their doubts.
With sightcall we can have a video chat with our potential consumers and a much more affective communication since the client feels how important it is for us, also generates more confidence and this makes our company profitable.
It is not necessary that our team be an expert to use Sightcall since it is very easy to use, intuitive and fluid.

Sightcall is perfect, everything in this tool is very fluid and effective, from video chat to instant messaging. There are no disadvantage points.

Previously, with the traditional customer service channels we did not give the importance that everyone deserved, now, our customers can see us through video chat regardless of where they are, which is great since it is not necessary to quote them until our offices to have a communication or achieve integration at the time of a direct collaboration.

**What do you like best about SightCall?**

Sightcall is so complete that I like everything.
I can give my clients a better experience of accompanied navigation and not only that, but I can also work hand in hand with them in their projects and campaigns since the client can see me and any other member of my team and thus provide solutions almost immediately.
Additionally I can share with them files, data and documents in a safe and easy way.
The traditional methods of communication with our clients were good but now with the opportunity to be able to see each other's faces simultaneously, it provides greater security and confidence to be able to attract new clients and retain potential clients.
With Sightcall I can organize up to meetings with my clients without having to leave their home or office.

The only disadvantage that I find in this magnificent tool is that if we do not have a very stable internet connection we cannot provide a pleasant experience since the video tends to be slow and hang.

Without a doubt, the utilities that this tool offers me I can't find in any other.
Its ease of use and its interface allows me to solve problems with incredible remote assistance with total security and speed.

**What do you like best about SightCall?**

This software is wonderful and I love it because it provides help to solve problems of any kind, showing the steps to follow on the screen in a graphic way, with drawings and annotations, I can zoom in and thus better understand what I should do. Besides that it is simple to use, the answer with the help is quite fast and that helps me to solve my doubt or problem immediately.

I really like everything, it is a very useful tool in any field, I always get very fast help when I need it.

The features to the call options are easy to use and navigate where even beginners can be able to understand and work through the platform with ease. 

**What do you dislike about SightCall?**

The only disadvantage that I find is that if we do not have a very stable internet connection we cannot provide a pleasant experience since the video tends to be slow and hang.  This is an issue with the connection and not the software itself.

This program is great for video calling and is functional across the globe. Video communication makes work from different locations possible.

Startup for using this software was a bit difficult but once familiar with it even those with limited technology knowledge can use.
