**What do you like best about Zoho Lens?**

The Mark-Up feature with Zoho Lens is cool. It's easy to show someone remote what you want them to see when you are not there, it's like you are point to the object from over their shoulder.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Lens?**

So far no issues with this feature other that sometimes my cell phone gets warm from extensive use. However that doesn't supprise me.

**What problems is Zoho Lens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to assist our techincal staff in the data center much easier when we can't make it there to help them.

**What do you like best about Zoho Lens?**

It is a very powerful tool for remote support through AR that technically speaking anyone can use regardless of their technological knowledge, it does not require prior installation, Zoho Lens allows us to connect with customers to assist them when they have problems with their contracted services (ADSL, LB or IPTV), provides us with remote on-site presence, allows us to interact (customer / technician) smoothly and in real time; In the same way it provides us with several tools that facilitate the orientation through the screen (we can draw or write on the screen, enlarge the screen, freeze the image, communicate by chat, take screenshots and record sessions among others). Zoho Lens allows us to guide customers and provide indications very easily on what settings or operations to perform to solve the problem.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Lens?**

So far I have not had any inconvenience using Zoho Lens, its ease of use and performance has allowed us to use it without any problem, I have no negative comments to share, honestly the experience of using Zoho Lens is very good and satisfactory, it is an excellent product.

**What problems is Zoho Lens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho lens allowed us to resolve in a timely manner and in first contact many of the problems that customers presented in the use of their contracted services without having to schedule technical visits, which immediately reflected very positive results in the levels of satisfaction and a considerable reduction in operating costs for travel. Zoho Lens allowed us to be more productive and efficient in accompanying our customers.

**What do you like best about Zoho Lens?**

Zoho Lens is a remote support platform under augmented reality with great features and performance, it is intuitive and provides a series of advanced HD audio/video functions really useful for the process of identification and resolution of problems in the field, Zoho Lens provides us with different possibilities with which we can guide and give instructions to our customers and colleagues: we can add arrows, point and mark objects on the screen where the fault is located, enlarge the screen to have a clearer view of the environment(zoom) and take screenshots in real time, it also allows us to interact and communicate by chat(text or VoIP), record sessions, take notes, etc. I like the user interface because it is concrete and easy to navigate through it, last but not least this tool is designed so that anyone can use it easily, we can start a section through an invitation link or with the startup ID.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Lens?**

There is nothing in Zoho Lens that I dislike, being much more honest I have nothing negative to share, the experience of using this tool is absolutely enriching and useful.

**What problems is Zoho Lens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho Lens allowed our support department to address and resolve in a short time and from the head office many of the technical problems that customers present in the use of their contracted services, without having to schedule technical visits, or having to comply with the established waiting times to respond and provide a solution, this for us as a telecommunications service provider was vital and very beneficial because it helped us to significantly reduce response times and solution of technical problems, it was possible to increase customer satisfaction rates and allowed us to significantly reduce travel costs.

**What do you like best about Zoho Lens?**

Zoho Lens provides us with a clear vision in real time of the situation or problem to be solved in the field, we use it primarily to support and assist our staff in their processes of installation or maintenance of GSM networks, UMTS, LTE, VoLTE and others, where it is essential to support and work together with the central to achieve optimal communication links and that are up to our standards of quality and performance. Zoho Lens allows us to be present from the head office in each of these processes thanks to the quality of audio/video that offers in the initiated sessions, which allows us to understand and analyze the environment easily and in the same way to guide with clear instructions to our colleagues to solve them quickly, it also provides us with all the necessary tools to successfully complement these tasks:
-Access to text chat and VoIP.
-I can take screenshots in real time.
- Write on the screen
- Pause the transmission and even record the sessions to evaluate the processes for future eventualities.
Zoho Lens is a very efficient, stable and intuitive AR remote assistance software that can be used very easily, the login process is simple and can be done with a few clicks; through an invitation link or through the login ID, its UI is clean and concrete.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Lens?**

So far, the problems or setbacks that we have had with Zoho lens have been very few and irregular and have been solved quickly, and they do not overshadow its great performance and performance, I really do not have any dissatisfaction to mention.

Since using Zoho Lens our operational processes in the field are more efficient and accurate, it allows us to interact smoothly and without friction with our colleagues, it also provides us with all the essential tools to assist them easily, Zoho Lens allows us to see what they perceive in the field in real time, and helps us to guide them with clear instructions so they can solve any of the problems they face during the installation or maintenance processes. This remote support tool under AR has been fundamental for us and has become a key piece for the company, especially for our department, since many of the field processes must be coordinated with the head office, which has allowed us to fully comply with the established deadlines and the objectives set.

**What do you like best about Zoho Lens?**

It is intuitive and easy to use, it can adapt to any situation, which helps us to provide efficient remote support. Zoho Lens allows us to make remote AR connections with users' and colleagues' devices in a secure way, which allows us to identify, provide support (give instructions) and solve technical problems in the field in real time and without having to leave our facilities. In addition, Zoho Lens provides several tools and functions that make the process more fluid and effective. Zoho Lens allows us to communicate by text chat or VoIP, draw on the screen which in our case is very useful to make signs, markings or label wiring as connection guides, we can take screenshots on the fly and record sections among others.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Lens?**

We have been using Zoho Lens to establish real-time remote connections with customers and our field colleagues and we have not had any problems so far, it really works very well and provides us with all the necessary tools to remotely assist end users and colleagues, it is also easy to use for the parties involved, for this reason I have no negative comments to add, 10 out of 10 for Zoho Lens.

Since the implementation of Zoho Lens the benefits have been many and results are very positive, with Zoho lens we managed to reduce travel costs, as we can now solve customer problems from a remote location in a short time, we also reduced the time of absence of customer service and therefore we managed to increase their satisfaction and avoid their desertion, Zoho Lens allowed our team to be more proactive and solve in the first contact many of their inconveniences.

**What do you like best about Zoho Lens?**

I like the ease with which we can use it and its good performance. We mainly use Zoho Lens in two specific cases: 1- To guide customers through manual processes when they experience service failures due to a poor physical connection (ADSL, IPTV, or LB). 2- When our field technical teams encounter difficulties in installation or maintenance processes of our equipment and require support from the central office. Zoho Lens provides us with a 360-degree, real-time view of the situation on the ground; it allows us to analyze them to quickly find solutions and assist the parties involved. Zoho Lens allows us to assist our customers under augmented reality and collaborate with our team, featuring a UI that we can navigate without any inconvenience. Additionally, during a session, we can use text or voice chat to communicate better, and we can even record the sessions to use them later in similar cases or to improve processes.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Lens?**

So far we have not had any problems with Zoho Lens, so I do not have any negative comments to highlight, but I would like to mention the savings in time and travel costs that the use of this tool represents for us.

Since we implemented Zoho Lens in our support department, the benefits have been bilateral. Our level of customer satisfaction has increased by 20% because there are problems that are not directly related to failures in the central system, but rather issues in the field due to poor connections at customer premises. With proper guidance and the help of Zoho Lens, we have managed to solve these issues quickly, avoiding customer wait times for scheduling technical visits. On the other hand, it has been essential for supporting our field technicians during installation or maintenance processes that require joint work with the central system. Zoho Lens has allowed us to save time and travel, which is very significant for our company.

Because most of our clients are scattered across the globe, Zoho Lens assists us with remote assistance, which is quite helpful. The application makes it simpler for people to collaborate in real-time and share their displays, facilitating support and problem-solving.

While Zoho Lens is effective in a minimal number of situations, it does not provide the same level of functionality or customizability as other available remote assistance options. **What do you like best about Zoho Lens?**

Zoho lens utilizes the Augmented reality enabled devices such as smart glasses, and the full process can be monitored on another remote computer. This is the feature which I loved the most about it, being able to control and monitor the live processes remotely. Comparitively, the price range for the subscription is cheaper and this includes additional 3 gigabyte storage.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Lens?**

The one feature which I think is lacking in Zoholens is the transfer time while using iPhone to capture the information. I hope they make the changes in the future updates. Other than that, Zoholens is a very good AR software compared to the other competitors.

**What problems is Zoho Lens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho lens is very useful in some of the projects that I am working on, which is Automotive parts fixing and damage detection. The business use case of Zoholens in my project is to record the various parts' measurements and pressure calculations and use it to monitor the changes in these parts after monthly usage. In this manner, if the parts needs repair/modification, it can be easily compared against the traditional parameters compared with the parameters measured using the software.

Zoho lens is a perfect AR Software but it is costly for Indian Market. It offers great services but at a very high costing which makes it less preferable for customers to use it.

The remote assistance helps in avoiding on-site visits. End-user instructions to help fix problems efficiently. The automation option helps to integrate the performance criteria.

According to me, I get all the things in one step which is very helpful in my case also the regular upgrades help a lot. So I guess it is already at par currently.

Keeping the track of all employees, their details. Keeping the track of the leaves and attendance are some of the problems that are solved by Zoho. Also, we are using the Zoho PMS.

**What do you like best about Zoho Lens?**

It helps keep our organization quite organized and makes it possible for all our colleagues to access and upload different types of information. We also like that we can integrate with other platforms such as Gmail, Gcal, airtable, excel and so forth. There's also a neat feature that allows you to assign certain tasks or projects to specifric colleagues which helps to streamline the overall experience. Last but not least, their customer support team is absolutely amazing. They are incredibly helpful in doing everyhting in their power to resolve whatcer issues you are having and even take the time to break down or explain anything you ask them about. I highly recomemend for folks to reach out to the support team if they come across any issues or anything yhey can't seemto figure out about the platform. Over all they are also very professional.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Lens?**

This platform can sometimes be challenging to navigate and set up at the beginning when you first start working within the platform to set up your CRM. It would be helpful if this was so more user friendly or provided some guides on how to adjust different settings, integrations, and automations with step by step guides.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Lens:**

I would highly advise to read through their FAQ page and watch instructional videos on youtube first to gain a better insight on how to use the tools in this platform and then try setting up some integrations yourself. Of course, if all else fails, then simply reach out to their support team, which tends to be quite helpful

**What problems is Zoho Lens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can be complex to link certain bits of information and customize the CRM the way you want it to. We often find ourselves watching youtube videos on how to set certain things up rather than relying directly on the website's FAQ page, which is not really that helpful.
