What do you dislike about Relay Network?

While I’m generally very satisfied with Relay, I do think there’s room for improvement in usability. The reporting functionality can be a bit slow and sometimes difficult to navigate, and creating reports from scratch isn’t as intuitive as it could be. I also wish there were more support resources—like a dedicated service to help build messages—especially for teams without the bandwidth to do it all internally. What do you like best about Relay Network?

What I like best about Relay Network, is the hands-on support we receive from our Client Success Director. Even after using the platform for 3 years, there are still questions that arise and it's to know who to go to for help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relay Network?

What I dislike about Relay Network is that it was positioned as having PDF conversion capabilities to help support the Pharma Industry's Medical/Legal/Regulatory Review process, but they don't work as expected. Due to the rules and restrictions different pharma orgs have the PDFs available in Cx builder are not configurable in a way that can be adjusted to fit the clients needs. What do you like best about Relay Network?

My account executive, Elizabeth, has been an exceptional partner. She is always quick to respond and consistently provides thoughtful, strategic advice on how to make the most of the platform to boost customer engagement. Relay has greatly improved our customers' experience by allowing us to deliver timely, access-related communications at important points in their journey. Additionally, I find Relay’s survey feature particularly valuable, as it delivers real-time insights that enable us to continually refine and personalize the customer experience. What do you dislike about Relay Network?

Some of the Relay features still need further refinement. For example, the client does not have the ability to create their own power-up surveys and so I need to rely on a customer service rep to create them. This can cause a lot of back and forth when even the most minor adjustments need to be made. Additionally, we've also had some issues with the way that data is coming into our database from Relay. For example, we are not receiving engagement data if it lives on a second card. This skews our engagement data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
