I like that it is feature rich like Bullhorn or Jobdiva but it's easier to learn. Love their remote activity tracking and timeline my boss can see my daily work trail

I find RecruitBPM most effective for staffing and marketing. its built in templates, bulk emails and automation are very valuable at fraction of cost of big players like JobDiva or Bullhorn. I did like Bullhorn as well but their training was very expensive.

Better faster sales, account management and staffing

Advanced candidate search offers the capabilities with great summary results that let us to quickly discover the candidates we wanted to speak with for placements. Also, the integrations allow you to grow your database and maximize your investment in job boards.

I just wished if they're were more tutorial videos available for small tasks.

Do take the 7-day free trial first and schedule a demo before subscribing. It helped us to know what we were committing to.

I love the fact that the system enables us (recruiters) to control different hiring pipelines from posting a job to sourcing the candidates as well as scheduling interviews seamlessly. The Recruiting box is a very useful feature to see at a glance the stages of recruiting!

The homepage dashboard is good but can be improved.

RecruitBPM is very user friendly and I have experienced a strong customer care experience when I needed assistance with certain functionalities.

I have experienced issues with posting jobs to certain external websites, however RecruitBPM is assisting me in resolving those issues.

I have had a good experience so far with the tool from the beginning of making contact with reps at RecruitBPM. They have been very supportive in helping me configure and customize the tool.

I am able to increase productivity in managing contacts/candidates directly through LinkedIn, which has a very positive impact to my business. It’s a great all in one solution that is helping me manage most aspects of my business.

Feature richness and all in one from Sourcing, recruiting, staffing and client management. Bonus I like is their CRM and Marketing campaign management

It took longer and Made me wait to get demo scheduled

I have used other ATSs from Bullhorn, JobDiva, Zoho Recruit with my past employers. My favorite was Bullhorn. 
However since I started using RecruitBPM, I feel I got all the functionality of Bullhorn with lot user friendly workflows. And the price is lot better as well.

**What problems is RecruitBPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sourcing, recruiting and Sales/ staffing all is one rather than have one product for sales and different for recruiting. Many ATS we reviewed did not have solid CRM

It has all features we wanted in ATS/ CRM. From sourcing, recruiting candidate and client management. Video interviewing and agency resume etc.

their after support is limited since we have team working in Philippines.

its very intuitive software for  account managers and recruiters. if you are using multiple software for ATS/ CRM and time and expense, look into this product or Bullhorn.

The pricing is a great fit for our needs, considering the pandemic going on. It's easily the most economical ATS out there. Plus, they continuously give upgrades with new features and that's always a good thing to have.

Very responsive customer service and a plethora of sourcing options.

The price is geared towards large enterprise companies. I didn't feel like the features, in comparison to others ATS, were really worth the price.

Fairly new product so there are a couple bugs but they seem to fix quickly.

**What do you like best about RecruitBPM?**

The best part I like about this applicant tracking system is its integrations with different job-portals and email platforms. This recruiting software allows us to have effective interactions with the clients as well as the candidates. Recruiting insights, customized reports, and constant improvements also make it more likable. What I love about RecruitBPM is its innovative and progressive approach to add more integrations. I also like the user interface and the “storm search” feature, which is really incredible and handy in searching the most suitable candidates for a job position.

Also, there needs to be an easier way to edit the interviews.

If you are looking for extremely functional yet cost-effective recruiting software, this applicant tracking system is worth a shot.

RecruitBPM software has definitely helped us in speeding up our recruiting process. It has been very useful in increasing our reach to a large number of candidates. When our priority is to track down the most potential candidates, RecruitBPM’s storm search is just the right kind of solution we need for it.

The best part I like about RecruitBPM is ease of use, customizable configuration, and integrations with third-party software and platforms including job-boards. These integrations save a lot of our time whether it is to publish jobs or to send emails in bulk and source candidates to name few

even though RecruitBPM is mobile friendly but they do not have andriod app

Well ATS/ CRM is a crowded market and there is a lot of great options and I have used Bull Horn and Job diva. and they are good products but if you are looking for better value for your dollars spent and very rich featured products, RecruitBPM will suffice.

We use their professional version with full ATS, CRM and analytics product to do Sourcing, Recruiting, placement management, client management, and resume marketing to name few benefits.

The software functions very well and smoothly without any issues or glitches. The overall the dashboard gives a modern look and design is quite easy to navigate. Their customer service is also quick to respond and assist with problems and new additions if requested.

I suggest adding more job boards to attract viable and best fitting candidates.

One of the best things I like about RecruitBPM are the integrations, it offers integrations with amazing software tools and platforms including job-boards and email platforms. These integrations save a lot of our time whether it’s to publish jobs or to send emails in bulk. It also allows its users to automate the whole recruiting process. The tools and features used in this applicant tracking software facilitate the recruiters greatly. Moreover, such exceptional features let us continue having great relationships with the candidates easily and effectively.

**What do you dislike about RecruitBPM?**

RecruitBPM offers great recruiting benefits at very low prices. So, there isn’t anything I can mention as my disliking.

**Recommendations to others considering RecruitBPM:**

RecruitBPM is highly efficient and facilitates you to be done with your most important and time-consuming recruiting tasks quickly. But I would recommend getting references from other users as well. They might be able to tell you the significance of the system and the tools they use. Then you can evaluate and make a decision whether or not it is the right choice for you. When it comes to communicating with the applicants or the clients, you can test out multiple ATS and see which one works best for you. Yet, if you are at ease using Gmail as your email platform than RecruitBPM is the best option you have.

RecruitBPM is a well-built cloud-based applicant tracking system that enables its users to access the recruiting data anytime, anywhere. Moreover, the advanced search option let us track the most suitable candidates for particular job positions in less time.

So far there's nothing that I dislike about the product and it's doing a great job of recordi keeping and tracking

**What do you like best about RecruitBPM?**

It has to be their support, which was patient with me and gave answers with minutes. From beginning till the end, I was given a demo and it made things really easy.

**What do you dislike about RecruitBPM?**

If I have to come up with something, it has to be their inability to promote their demo service. The demo tour made things simple and easy to understand, and this is coming from someone who has used other similar services.

**Recommendations to others considering RecruitBPM:**

Ask for a demo. They are prompt and will show you around the software. Eases the transition if you are using another product. In my previous position we used another software and this become a godsend.

**What problems is RecruitBPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We hire short term contractors on a regular basis, in hundreds. RecruitBPM made the whole process seamless, less cluttered and allowed our clients to weigh in on the recruitment process.

The ease of use and that they are continually adding more features to it right now such as job distribution, social media links, importing of jobs, candidates, background check services,  etc.

Can be a little slow at times, but I do have a million things opened on my computer, so probably doesn't help!

**What do you like best about RecruitBPM?**

RecruitBPM has been exactly what we need. It's almost like it was designed specifically for midsize recruiting/staffing/consulting firms like ours. It's not overstacked with features like Bullhorn or Salesforce. Instead of throwing a bunch of useless vanity features at you, RecruitBPM specializes in perfecting the most important aspects of what a company like ours needs in an ATS or CRM.

**What do you dislike about RecruitBPM?**

When we first got it, it was brand new to the ATS world (I think), so it was a little bit buggy, and the the customer service was kind of slow. Ever since they started taking off, though, we've seen all the bugs fixed and the customer service has been exceptional.
