I use it practically daily for both sending SMS and emails, with scheduled sendings and also with automatic sendings when calendar events occur, online and interactions with the sent content. **What do you dislike about inTouch?** There are no particularly unpleasant things and the platform is updated very frequently. **What problems is inTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Campaign management is simple and straightforward, saving me a lot of time. The automations are reliable.
