## About inTouch
inTouch is a multichannel messaging platform designed to manage SMS, Email and RCS communications from a single environment. The platform enables businesses, agencies and resellers to create personalised campaigns, segment audiences, run A/B tests and track performance in real time. inTouch supports both marketing and transactional use cases, including automated workflows, subscription and opt-in management, secure OTP delivery and advanced reporting. Thanks to its multilevel account structure, agencies can create and manage multiple client accounts, each with dedicated users, permissions and analytics, all controlled from one master dashboard. Available via web interface and APIs, inTouch can be easily integrated into existing systems and workflows (including Salesforce and Zapier).

**What do you like best about inTouch?**

Simple to use, essential, powerful and always on. I use it practically daily for both sending SMS and emails, with scheduled sendings and also with automatic sendings when calendar events occur, online and interactions with the sent content.

**What do you dislike about inTouch?**

There are no particularly unpleasant things and the platform is updated very frequently.

**What problems is inTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Campaign management is simple and straightforward, saving me a lot of time. The automations are reliable. And even when I needed to integrate features with my CRM, I was pleasantly surprised by the very well-organized and comprehensive API library.
