  ### 1. Rapidr is quality user feedback tool, but it does a lot more

**What do you like best about Rapidr?**

I love how flexible Rapidr is. We use it to capture customer feedback, to capture internal team ideas, and to prioritize sprints. 

It was super easy to get up an running, and the very few times we've had an issue Rajat and the team quickly fixed it.

We honestly use Rapidr many times a day, every day. It's a tool that we can actually see that we use.

One of the things I love is the Slack integration because it alerta the team of any new Rapidr tickets.

On top of all this their product team actually reads your suggestions and pushes improvements based on your feedback. I've suggested a couple things that they have acted on and updated. This hardly ever happens.

And it's very affordable to boot.

**What do you dislike about Rapidr?**

You have to be aware that it's a new tool, so it's not perfect.

There's room for improvement in a lot of areas, but they actually improve it.

I would say that maybe the worst thing is the lack of other types of widgets to capture feedback in other ways beyond text fields.

**What problems is Rapidr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rapidr helps us get visitor feedback on our website as well as capturing internal ideas. In both cases we take the tickets and prioritize them based on business impact and this in turn helps shape our sprints and what we work on.

**What do you like best about Rapidr?**

Rapidr is a simple tool and is very easy to set up. It is everything we need to prioritize our product roadmap based on feedback from users. The cherry on top is the ability to see what's in development and what's shipped. Rapidr has changed the way we listen to our users and engage them in our product development.

**What do you dislike about Rapidr?**

Nothing right now. We have some feature requests but the team is already working on them. Rapidr has become my favorite way of getting feedback and understanding what truly matters quickly and efficiently.

**What problems is Rapidr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rapidr has changed the way we collect and manage feedback from our users. It helped us to create a single point of entry for all feedback requests across our product and avoid using huge spreadsheets and slack channels. It also helps keep our users and teammates in the loop as we make decisions for the product.

**What do you like best about Rapidr?**

On Rapidr, I can change the status of one feedback element, and everyone that has upvoted it will automatically be notified. I also like how roadmaps make your plans visible for your users.

**What do you dislike about Rapidr?**

It's a bit pricy for a non-multi-tenant product

**What problems is Rapidr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not know what to build or which feature to implement first / at all.
