**What do you like best about Radaro?**

Radaro has a great support and help desk service which is available 24 hours, they help the customers through emails, calls, and infact their FAQs are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Radaro?**

There are very few things which one can dislike about Radaro and one of them is that it doesn't have an API and which I think the company can work on this and help the customers more nicely

**What problems is Radaro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wish this service should have come sooner, with Radaro user can easily track their delivery and the number of phone calls and sms between other parties has been reduced because of such good service a regular updates given to the user

**What do you like best about Radaro?**

It not only helps to reduce the operational cost but also provides real time insights. The data provided by the software is reliable,which in turn helps to increase the performance.

**What do you dislike about Radaro?**

•In case of a failed delivery,only one party is notified about it via email. Multiple email ids cannot be added.
•The records history is for short term only.
•It has some challenges regarding device connectivity.

**What problems is Radaro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to provide real time insights about the delivery. It has reduced the operational cost and increase the overall performance dramatically. The NPS data is now more reliable.
