It can collect data from raw data which can be collected through emails, surveys, SMS, websites, apps and other social media platforms using NLP (Natural Language Processing) in real time. Price is not competitive unless you really use all the features in the right way, which may be a challenge for some organizations, as it's designed to be a multi-departmental tool. Additionally, everything is designed or built to use Qualtrics as the core tool, but it's not that flexible if you want to use it as a "proxy" (workflows, API limitations...)
