We were looking for a queuing and lobby system which allowed us control over the look and feel, and was not tied to any specific or proprietary hardware. At the time only QFlow fitted those requirements - others may have changed, but we're not going to change, so we're not looking at them. By being able to use off the shelf hardware we have a quick and easy way to replace anything which has failed, or to upgrade. And having the ability to design all of the layouts, rather than sticking with canned or paying the vendor to create them, has meant that we could adapt the system to the change in our environment to cope with the changes to the waiting areas needed by COVID. To take advantage of the features some staff will need to be thoroughly trained in the design areas, much more than supporting or using a regular application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
