In my company, we have integrated Pure Chat to all our websites, which has allowed us to have one more way to connect with prospects through a live chat. Its interface is quite easy to use and incorporate into other applications, for example, I installed it in my wordpress domain and it has been working perfectly, without any inconvenience, in addition, thanks to this application I have been able to increase interaction with my clients in a much faster and more fluid way than before, since I can respond immediately to the different requests that users present via online chat, it also has many other customizations that allow me to capture more data from my clients through the same chat, for example, the option of incorporating a telephone number and address, the fact that I also have a mobile application is very useful for me to maintain contact with my clients, even when I do not have a computer to hand.
