**What do you like best about Printed.com?**

The site is very easy to navigate and all the options are very clear. There are so many options for products and customization. The quality is very high and the shipping time is as good as other sites. I have never needed to use the customer support, but it seems easily accessible. I like when there is transparency and ease in contacting over problems.

**What do you dislike about Printed.com?**

The prices can be a little higher than some other printing sites.

**Recommendations to others considering Printed.com:**

Take you time and look over all the options (and compare to other sites as well) to make sure you get exactly what you want.

**What problems is Printed.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Printing business materials, like business cards. I like all the different font options and colors. The results are very professional.

**What do you like best about Printed.com?**

I like the options and templates that print.com gives the customer.  The online design system is easy to use and updates the look of your project as you apply different fetaures.  It is very easy to create your own cards but I usually end up going with a pre-made design.  Prices are fair in addition to the high quality.

**What do you dislike about Printed.com?**

The turn around time to receive an order takes longer than many competing companies.

**Recommendations to others considering Printed.com:**

Printed.com is a quality option that allows you to put your creative potential on card stock for a good price.  If you need to make a good business related impression, you can't go wrong with printed.com.

**What problems is Printed.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have high quality business cards to leave a lasting impact on prospective clients.  If your representation appears cheap, so might your business.  Printed.com does not disappoint in quality.
