With Kotis, we've been able to Reward & Recognize employees with ease, we're excited about holiday gifts we're already working on (custom ugly sweaters - YES PLEASE), and we're rolling out New Hire store-fronts so our 100% remote employee population can get the swag they want right away upon hire, sent directly to their homes. Our experience to date has been pretty darn awesome! **What do you dislike about Kotis Design?** The only miss we've noticed so far is the opportunity for managers to be able to easily rewards & recognize their employees themselves. Today, managers have to ask HR, HR issues a Gift Card code, and the employee shops. I also appreciate that their design team does a fantastic job of placing logos on products, and I've never needed to request changes when reviewing proofs. I feel confident submitting my orders, knowing they are in good hands, and that I will receive them when I need them. **What do you dislike about Kotis Design?** Currently, the Kotis team sends out purchase estimate invoices via email and sometimes I have to ask for the estimate more than once. If the estimate could be uploaded into the portal and attached to my order with an automated email notification indicating it's available for download, this would streamline the process and likely increase the speed at which a purchaser receives their estimate, which would also decrease the wait time to get a purchase order created and shared back to the Kotis Design team so they can send the order to production. Additionally, being able to go into the order and populate the PO number once available so that the order can be finalized would also speed up the entire process versus having to email the Kotis team to share the PO number.. **What problems is Kotis Design solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find Kotis Design ensures high-quality products and excellent customer service, with an easy-to-use portal and responsive support. Additionally, I really like that you can set-up multiple portals for various departments / projects / cohorts. I also really like that Kotis is able to handle all of the international shipping constraints. **What do you dislike about Kotis Design?** The least useful part about Kotis is the new item notification system. Currently, I am sent a catalog by our Account Executive with a limited number of new items. It would be great if Kotis had an online cataloge that was updated with any / all new items and options. **What problems is Kotis Design solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kotis is solving several problems for our teams. First, we have many employees who are distributed globally. Kotis makes it simple and easy to place shipments to these individuals and takes the headache out of reqirements for International Shipping. Kotis' platform is really what sets them apart from competitots like Halo: they devleoped their own platform for pretty much all aspects of the process for reviewing options, approving proofs, placing orders, viewing inventory, etc. Compared to other companies where the same things would be accomplished by emailing 15MB PDFs around, this is a game changer. Kotis also has excellent customer service to help my customers get their items. Overall, Kotis is an excellent partner that I would reccomend to anyone. **What do you dislike about Kotis Design?** I think this is more a limitation of the industry in general, but I'm sometimes surprised by the things Kotis *can't* order for me. There have been a few swag projects that I've needed to spin up on my own, which means more work for me. Or I want a product, and the company in question only offers some of their products, not the one I want. And if I'm forced to be critical, I might add that sometimes I wish Kotis responded a bit quicker to my emails, but their team is shared among multiple clients so I try to keep that in mind.
