It's extremely easy to use because you can save templates and just fill in someone's information for business cards, and it all saves within our company's platform. I like that MOO is extremely user-friendly, and there's always some kind of discount on the prices. The initial setup was very easy, and I learned it very quickly. Overall, I don't have any complaints, and it has truly been a great experience for me. **What do you dislike about MOO?** NA **What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?** MOO makes ordering business cards easy with template saving and company platform integration, simplifying the process. ### 2. I paid for 2-day delivery on business cards, and five days later, they still haven’t arrived. I placed a second order, but the payment failed twice — yet I’ve now been charged twice. MOO’s customer service claims they never charged me and told me to deal with it through my bank. Completely unhelpful and frustrating. Terrible service. They have excellent customer service, the website is easy to use, they offer plenty of inspiration, and the whole brand has tons of personality. **What do you dislike about MOO?** Their products are a bit more expensive than other companies, but that's to be expected since you're getting exceptional quality products and service. The only other issue is they don't have as many products to choose from as other similar companies, but the products they do offer are the best quality. **Recommendations to others considering MOO:** If you're looking for really good quality business cards, go with Moo! **What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Moo is the best if you want excellent quality business cards, postcards, brochures, and other paper marketing materials for your business. They also offer mini cards that you can use in various creative ways, and they'll print a different image on each business card. ### 5. As a designer this was ideal because I could get creative and show off my different designs to people, it became like a small portable portfolio. The thickness of the card was amazing too, it was when I received my first pack that I realized how important a good sturdy card was. The print job was great and honestly, the cost is very fair for what you're getting. When I first used them they only had business cards, now they have grown to provide other materials which can expand your branding materials. **What do you dislike about MOO?** I can't say that there really is anything that I found I disliked. I think as a company they have really grown and are now providing other materials on which you can print on which is great. **Recommendations to others considering MOO:** Make sure you upload a high-quality image/file so it can print as such and not blurry. Support should be able to assist you in case of anything and make sure to double check your proofs, look for any typos and misspellings. The last thing you want are mistakes on your cards or printed materials because someone WILL call you out on them. Take your time going through the process to create a great design. I would recommend working with a designer to make the idea that you have in mind come to life. **What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?** A business card was essential for me when I was starting off in my business and attending networking events. It was an easy way to provide people my business information quickly and right off the bat see the quality that I enjoy working with. They have helped me get tangible materials for my business so I can showcase my brand to other business owners, this helps us be in people's faces and get others to start recognizing us off the internet. ### 6. The imprint and foil options also looked above average. **What do you dislike about MOO?** There was a definitely breakdown in some process. We ordered our own cards but when they arrived, our logo was on both sides instead of logo on one and contact information on the other. Each logo had foil and an imprint combo but were done two different ways. What we received didn't match what we ordered. **Recommendations to others considering MOO:** Hopefully your experience is better because we were really interested in their product. **What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?** We opted not to use MOO since they were expensive and didn't fully offer a resolution or reason for why our test order was wrong. We have 50 employees and that's too expensive of an order to place and not be happy with. ### 7.
