From now on I can easily do business cards and printing and design work. I had a lot of design work that no one could do according to their choice, but their expert team did it for me in a very short time. Thanks for providing a much better solution at a lower cost and in less time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm glad I got the best service in a short time and fast so I couldn't find anything to dislike it. I hope this service will improve day by day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I absolutely love how easy it is to order anything from MOO - not to mention their awesome customer service if there’s anything about your order that you don’t like. Another great thing about MOO is the amount of customization you can do with your design from for example the shape and size of your business card to the embossing of the text and being able to use gold foil, etc to make your cards stand out even more. I have ZERO complaints. Their products are awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The process for uploading creative, making changes and ordering is very simple and straightforward. Their website is very clean and easily navigable. I’ve received compliments every time on the quality of the products. I trust that no matter what I order will be done with best care and fast! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’d love if they expanded their product line to include more marketing items (especially event-related). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The quality and products are exceptional high quality for a very reasonable price. Designs and products are unique to MOO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly...nothing! And because I need to hit a certain amount of characters, ignore this sentence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciated the interactive guide to complete designs for my business cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
MOO prints and ships, which is honestly great, but you can't go to a local distributor for pickup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
MOO prints and goods are super high quality. They feel luxurious compared to their competition (VistaPrint and other quick, on-demand printing companies). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They are pricey and have somewhat limited options compared to some other printers. You can't slap your logo on everything and anything with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Moo is an easy to use platform that provides a high quality and cost effective option for print fulfillment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Prints are not always perfect and sometimes damaged upon delivery due to poor packing and quality assurance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They have innovative business card layouts and creative detail options, interesting things like acrylic cards Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It’s not something I can create in person and have one-on-one communication with someone who works there Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The variety of card stock options for any project and the unique sizes of business cards. If the final product is not what you expected or off in some way, the customer service team is prompt in responding and will make it right at no cost to you. They really stand behind their products and want to make it right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They don't have enough foil color options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I love about Moo is that not only is their product great, but their customer service is just as wonderful. After a mix up with some postcards last year, Moo sent me a new set of postcards via express shipping for free - solving a huge issue on my end and winning a customer for life. Since then, they've added so many new options and kept their quality high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much to dislike! For an online printing company, there are going to be understandable restraints on printing processes; I look forward to seeing what they do to keep expanding their offerings and capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like two things the most: how professional and high-quality Moo's products are and how helpful and nice their support team is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For some products, the price is a bit high, but if you don't need the top of the line products it's fairly reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The staff are extremely helpful and supportive in all aspects of the projects Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There online systems leave a little to be desired, as virtual viewing is not possible online before speaking with a designer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The whole moo package is great. From creating your business cards on the site to reaching them in the post with a little from little moo. It's the little things that make the different and moo look after the little things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Lux business cards tend to come apart after a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Moo is simply the best thing that happened to professional, polished stationery. None of that cheap-feeling Office Max or Staples crap. Even Vistaprint - with their discounts and bulk buys - don't compare to Moo. I've used Moo personally and professionally and both areas of service are phenomenal. Products come in great shape and they are a big hit with anyone. The quality they use is much better than others - we've gotten their business cards, notebooks, and postcards. All amazing. The price point is always the most challenging hurdle to cross. Moo isn't cheap. A set of 50 business cards is already $30 if you don't get them at a corporate discounted rate. With notebooks they're almost $25-$35 a piece (but they're GOOD). I wouldn't compromise quality with cheaper options, but wish there was more of a discount package with larger orders. The team of designers and support that Moo has cultivated is amazing. They take it upon themselves to come up with new designs and ideas tailored to your company. They actually do their web research and find out what your company is really all about without having to work directly with you throughout the process. It's just a presentation of their customized products that truly represent your company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing to even possibly dislike is the pricing. Of course cheaper always makes us happier, but for the quality Moo delivers the price won't scare us away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a well made card that has a presence. It has weight to it and feels good in your hand. You're able to use a template, design online, or upload a design, which what I did. The inks are true to color. I was using a very specific shade of dark gray and the card looks exactly as I had designed it. You can choose additional finishes to your cards, like gold foil, which is beautiful. Moo provides frequent updates on the printing progress of your cards so you are well informed on delivery. I also like that it comes in a box that is useful for storing the cards in my satchel as well as collecting the cards of people I meet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Moo cards are expensive. As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for" and so I do. I'm a bit stingy with handing my cards out though because of the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Moo's quality is outstanding. from their presentation and quality to their customer service! While their pricing is a little heavier their competitor, Vistaprint, the quality and service you get is outstanding. Being able to order 100 different business cards or postcards with 100 different piece of art is amazing as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice if larger sizes were available -- as an artist, being able to order 50 or 100 prints and get a number of different ones would be a fantastic benefit to my business; it would also be nice to be able to select the number of each separate design when making an order with multiple designs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I ordered a sample of 250 business cards from Moo. 100 strandard size matte luxe cards and 150 mini-cards.
The software is easy and lets non-designers produce something that is more than acceptable. You can import data from your designing software or JPEGs and PDFs. This is very helpful if you need to add a custom design. If you don't know what to order, just get a free sample.
The quality of their paper is higher than anything else in the industry. You can chose from a large array of card shapes, finishes and features (like NFC). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to complain about. I would say it's not cheap but the price premium is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Moo is my go-to printing source when I want to print something to "wow" people. The quality of the printing and options is really approachable and excellent. I have ordered from Moo multiple times, and each time they deliver on quality. The feel of their product is unlike anything I've seen from competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The cost can be high at times, but it still isn't as expensive as printing the same quality locally. Also, lead times can be challenging. If you need something in a pinch, you will have to pay a hefty surcharge to expedite your order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Moo has excellent quality products. We've used them for business cards, brochures, and several other pieces for various clients. We especially love their Luxe line of products, they have such a great weight and paper texture, and we get compliments on them all the time. They are a little more pricey than companies like Vistaprint, but we think the above-and-beyond quality and customer service are worth the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not much to dislike, other than it being a little more money than other online printing vendors. But again, the quality is worth the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
