Very disappointing experience – avoid.

I paid for 2-day delivery on business cards, and five days later, they still haven’t arrived. I placed a second order, but the payment failed twice — yet I’ve now been charged twice. MOO’s customer service claims they never charged me and told me to deal with it through my bank. Completely unhelpful and frustrating. Terrible service. Would not recommend. Their products are a bit more expensive than other companies, but that's to be expected since you're getting exceptional quality products and service. I discovered MOO years ago and what attracted me the most about them was that you could have different faces for your business card within one pack. As a designer this was ideal because I could get creative and show off my different designs to people, it became like a small portable portfolio. The thickness of the card was amazing too, it was when I received my first pack that I realized how important a good sturdy card was. The print job was great and honestly, the cost is very fair for what you're getting.

There was a definitely breakdown in some process. We ordered our own cards but when they arrived, our logo was on both sides instead of logo on one and contact information on the other. I absolutely love how easy it is to order anything from MOO - not to mention their awesome customer service if there’s anything about your order that you don’t like. Another great thing about MOO is the amount of customization you can do with your design from for example the shape and size of your business card to the embossing of the text and being able to use gold foil, etc to make your cards stand out even more.
