Prezi is an excellent presentation software with numerous applications, the most commonly in business. Its free package gives users access to most tools needed for a slide presentation. Additionally, Prezi provides various easing tools for creating presentations, like readymade slides that can be tailored to our specifications. The premium edition also hosts separate website animations bound to captivate your audience. Lastly, the Prezi mobile app allows presenters to use any mobile device as their source material. "How to create amazingly persuasive presentations with Prezi"

What do you like best about Prezi?

What I like best about Prezi is the unique slideshow transition. Rather than creating dozens of individual slides. This allows you to tell a story by arranging many images and texts on a surface resembling a map. As the story progresses, you can draw connections between different regions on the map. When another part is selected, it will be enlarged (similar to zooming in on a camera). This makes your multimedia presentation appear more like an animated cartoon. What do you dislike about Prezi?

I found the interface of Prezi to be very confusing and difficult to navigate. I could not find the function that would allow me to transfer a slide to a coworker who was also using the program, so I had to download it and send it via email instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not traditional in the way it moves from slide to slide. It keeps the viewer aware of the overall storyline...where you've been and where you're going while focused on the current info being presented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prezi is trying to solve what some creators or presenters sometimes experience when they have a lot of ideas to share or present. With Prezi you can put everything in like a mind map. However disorganized, random ideas were at the start, when you begin planning the chronology of your presentation, you simply point to where you wrote or placed the information, graphics or text and it's done. What I like best about Prezi is its rapid development and the addition of valuable features. Its dependability as a tool for continuously creating slides is partly due to these factors. Prezi is a great platform, but it has some drawbacks. It's hard to add every effect you want to a slide, and you must watch YouTube tutorials to learn about all the available tools. What do you like best about Prezi?

What I like best about Prezi is its ingenuity. With it, you can create an entertaining and adorable presentation that will engage your audience. If you're accustomed to using PowerPoint slides for your presentations, you won't find much familiarity with Prezi. Start from scratch and arrange arrows and diagrams as you see fit. Displaying information sequentially, one slide at a time is impossible (except explicitly). However, You can use the contents of a PowerPoint file as a content source by importing them into Prezi. What do you dislike about Prezi?

I wouldn't say I like Prezi because there can be too many visual effects, making it visually overwhelming and distracting. This could disorient participants at a meeting or conference if they see it.
