I see that the one other review on the software comes from someone that works for the company or is one of the owners. :) We spoke with him a few times.
It doesn't work quite simply. And they keep asking you to do or try different things to get your calls to connect and it STILL doesn't work. Our callers wasted time trying and testing to see if they could get calls to connect and very, very rarely did it happen. They were frustrated, I was frustrated and we wasted money that they now will not refund trying to get a smooth, operable and worthwhile system.
Pros? Pretty reports and analysis which we liked and our team was looking forward to
Setup wasn't too painful and they did have customer support on chat a large portion of the day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Negatives? Calls don't connect, are blocked or go right to vmail. Dialing 10 callers and getting, if lucky, 1 of them? Nope
Kept having technical issues that we needed to resolve and other steps or actions to take. Too time consuming and too many headaches to use long term.
There are better, faster, easier and more effective systems to use out there. Pass on this one and use one of them.
