I love this platform more for its user friendly Interface. This platform supports a wide variety to feature for content creation which is much needed for content creation purposes. I really like the way in which it extract its audio with ease. The audio can also be changed and customized according to our needs. I also love the feature that converts Audio to Text. This assist a lot in understanding long meeting and extracting key points of the meeting with ease. I have also seen that the translation was also done with accuracy while supporting main languages all over the world. Which is really awesome. The extraction and providing the choices for extraction is also clever. which enhances the platform capability and usability. The Murf Suite is also really powerful with its voice cloning capacity.

Now going deep into using this platform, I love the way it converts the voices by synchronizing the timing of words with the actual voice. This enables the audio to get into synchronization with the added video. This enhances the efficiency of the time consumption while making a content. Moreover the ability of this platform to further enhance the quality of the audio is really outstanding. The ability to add subtitles is of great assistance as this is much necessary for delivering information or thoughts in cross cultural world.

This platform also have chat box to directly ask for support when needed. I have seen that the response was quick which is really good. The support really took care of the needs when asked for. Other than this I love the part where that chat transcript is also sent to our email. This really ensures that the information could be later used for reference.

I love the fact that this platform supports the embedding feature. This improves the portability of the file reducing effort to access the particular file and removes the necessity to browse back to murf.ai to access the particular file. This increases the applicability of the platform and increases the productivity as well as purpose.

I love the fact that this platform can be integrated with many other platform which are almost daily and commonly use platform like PPT, Zapier, Canva, Google and Slides. This greatly enhances productivity and usability of this platform through integration with this platform. There are more platform which this platform can be integrated but to me having integration with this platform improves the potential to a great extent.

This platform is really commendable for its support for more than 100 major languages world wide is really great. This allows communications and delivering of content to the intended group of people more efficiently. The ability of this platform to pronounce the platform according to the language is fairly good though it would need some improvements. I can also say that the platform capability to pronounce difficult word well is really appreciable.

The availability of trash folder is really helpful. It helps us back track the critical file trail. It also help a lot in recovering accidental deletion of file from trash folder easily. It acts more like a safety vault before the file finally disappears.

The prebuilt templates also assist a lot in faster and more productive content. It provides a base from which the whole idea of the content can be build up.

I love most part of this platform but I wish that the layout of its subscription with by providing limitations on the project makes me feel that that the Platform can be made a little more less costly. I feel that the voice can be made a little cleaner as I feel that some of the voices sounds like a robotic voice. I have seen that it supports major languages conversion but I wish that more local languages could also be converted

I wish that the price which is billed annually could be billed monthly or a more compatible package that would enhance its usability and the organization as well could keep the cost within the provided budget. I also wish that the features are all provided too because organization would like to know the capacity of the tool on which they are investing. limited time freemium is the only way for finding that functions out and the capability of the tool.

I also wish that there was separate package that was available that could be easily downloaded and installed. This would increase the speed and reliability of this platform. The cloud based version speed is directly proportional to the speed of the internet. So when the need is urgent and internet speed is slow, It fails to meet its purpose.

I also wish that there was option for converting the voices directly without much intervention with a pre selected settings.

I also have a feeling that current time is necessary for this platform to keep up the pace with other evolving similar platform. The ability of this platform to create folders allows users to organize the files but if the drag drop feature was available to organize the files that would have saved a lots of time.

I wish that the sharing, commenting and pronunciation feature was also available for lower tier subscription other than just providing it for enterprise plan. This would enable user to realize the capability of this platform through a limited time freemium model. It will enable user to realize more about the potential of this platform.
