I took up a project at work to create some content for our social media and required a text-to-speech platform as I didn't want to use my own voice. Murf.ai did the job very well; you are able to choose from different voices. Another great feature is you can edit the pitch, add pauses and emphasize specific words to make the speech sound more natural and aligned to the emotions you are trying to convey with the voice. I also had a billing issue and required additional support. Deepjyoti and Gayathri from the Customer Support team were very helpful and solved my issue promptly. It is evident that the product is built with the intention to service its customers and they are open to feedback and want to support you in getting your job done. **What do you dislike about Murf.ai?** Since I do not know much about how to edit pitch, emphasizing words, and pauses can convey the emotion I want, I had to play around to figure it out. If there were pre-sets where they suggest a combination of pitch, emphasis, etc to quickly try and see which sounds good, it would be helpful. It was also be good to be able to save those settings to my own pre-sets for me to apply them quickly with ease. **What problems is Murf.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easily creating text-to-speech for my content so I do not have to use my own voice. Was able to create a bunch of content for my business page at ease. It is efficient and easy to use. ### 49. Some try to do everything, with mediocrity some shine a bit better in some areas.
