Pondurance is on top of all the SEIM alerts and knowing which alerts to focus on. They have already caught items that would have compromised our environment. They stay on top of security trends and update customers about urgent items. And their pricing compared to other SEIMS is very affordable. They are also very open to customer input. What do you like best about Pondurance?

Pondurance does a great job of working in the background to identify threats, then springing into action when needed. We were alerted this past year to an emerging breach, and were immediately escalated and had a team guide us through remediation. What do you dislike about Pondurance?

I have to negative feedback, other than to say no service is perfect. Pondurance does doesn't have a magic wand that can neutralize all bad actors.
