"Easily navigable "

What do you like best?

I enjoy the fact that it’s Incredibly user-friendly! Even if you have a little to no computer skills this is a software that is not intimidating to the user. Most wouldn’t have an issue using this software.

What do you dislike?

I can honestly say that there is not much that I do not like about this software. I’m very glad that our company utilizes plexus because there are many helpful links that put all information companywide in one place instead of having to do a time extensive search to get to each area.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Many times unfortunately in a hospital setting there are computer based training models that must be completed each year along with many other requirements to keep your position active and plexus puts them all in one place including even the cafeteria menu for the food court! It truly is a gem.

"Cross-Team Functionality"

What do you like best?

The system provides in-depth manufacturing support for our many SKUs. While tricky, it allows for robust materials planning and costing functions.

What do you dislike?

I wish more information could be pulled directly from the order log (i.e. shipping information), and that some of the modules were easier to pull into Excel for further manipulation (i.e. Exploded Bill of Materials). I also wish the CRM features were more robust.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our company uses PLEX for everything from creating POs for suppliers, to creating invoices to customers, and everything in between.

"Adequate, though not always user friendly. "

What do you like best?

I liked being able to quickly run reports, once the steps were explained to me by current users.

What do you dislike?

The instructions included in the help menu were completely inadequate. Small detailed commands were not specified, but could make or break the reporting process. Reports printed automatically without viewing first.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Runs well with weekly runs. Team will require training.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Good = Calculations made easier due to ability to run detailed reports.

Bad = Lack of instructional resources

"I recommend Plexus to field businesses looking for a management software that will grow WITH them."

What do you like best?

The personalized training and support, ease of use, and having all of my jobs' information in one place.

What do you dislike?

I have not found anything that I dislike. It has been relatively easy to learn, which I was not expecting.

Utilize the great support team.

Scheduling multiple jobs, keeping track of job information from beginning to end, processes run more smoothly and efficiently.
