They are always available and concerned with any issues that we usually cause... **What do you dislike about PLEXIS Payer Platforms?** The only thing that I would change would be the reports section. It would be nice to be able to query data a little easier. **Recommendations to others considering PLEXIS Payer Platforms:** The healthcare world is constantly changing. Be sure to look for a software that is versatile.
