They listen to their customers' feedback and implement suggestions and requests. They are continually evolving and improving the system and rolling out new features. They respond quickly when we have an issue, especially if we are executing an event. The ability to have registration, a web site and event app all tied together into one seamless system is a huge time-saver for small staffs. As with any new program, there is a steep learning curve. The knowledge base is ok, but only covers things at a basic level. Advanced users have to contact support to find out how to do things. Videos are helpful when you're new, but searchable text would be even more useful when you need a quick refresher on a specific setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great way for us to be able to offer Events. As a not-for-profit, the fact that it is more affordable than most platforms is a great thing. I also like the pre-populated email templates, they make it easy to know what to put in the communications. The fact i can add registration questions is also a great way to capture information. It can be challenging to find what I am looking for using the search engine. I know that I can send emails, but sometimes I need an answer right away, and the bot doesn't always understand what I am asking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support from the staff has been exceptional. It's a fairly steep learning curve for me but with the support staff I have been able to resolve any issues.

It seems a little bit convoluted until you have done something and then it's really very simple.

From an attendee perspective, the platform is user-friendly, looks clean and is quite quick to learn. From the organizer perspective, the platform is very cost-effective compared to others, and it is one of the most straightforward platforms I have used with all settings for features found in one area for the most part, compared to other platforms that seem to have settings in many different places. If you have all your content ready to go it is one of the fastest platforms to set up. Pheedloop has an amazing support team if you are unsure of how to go about something. Their team is incredibly fast at turning around feature requests if it is deemed to have a high ROI and often times, they are quite transparent as to what is in the works. With many other platforms, it can take a very long time for new features to be developed and are not always transparent. If there is something that cannot be done within the platform Pheedloop does allow for other integrations and Pheedloop does do its best to support you in identifying other options. There are a few features that could use improvements and don’t always make sense (attendees being able to close check-in surveys without answering required questions, “Join Live” in the booth always accessible by attendees and limited control for exhibitors) but Pheedloop is very approachable, willing to listen to your feedback and try to identify a solution or add it to their development road map. A little bit more customization in terms of the layout of features within pages or custom pages would be helpful however it is not a deal-breaker. As an organizer, it would be great to be able to purchase credits as an organization rather than per event client and apply those to our events as needed, and also transfer unused credits from one event to another without it having to be the same client. The ability to select from available modules to offer more or less functionality for the event and to stay within budget.

The exhibit hall offered the next best thing to in-person, which our exhibitors appreciated. We were even able to conduct a prize raffle in the gamification module which was a lot of fun!

Although they had a good experience, some exhibitors did not like the requirement to "leave" their booth to engage with an attendee in the networking area. A good work around was the suggestion of two screens or tabs: one for the booth, the other for networking. This solution helped quite a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I loved the networking video group rooms - attendees could easily go face to face. Loved option for exhibitors to do live video too! The simplicity of generating an event microsite was wonderful. We didn't need anything incredibly fancy, just straightforward. Their schedule viewing options (by day, track, audience, etc) were excellent. I like that we get a year of access so attendees can continue coming back in to access content. This allowed us to sell an extended package option and a post-event access option. For live presentations, we integrated Zoom and it felt as though a barrier existed between speakers (in Zoom) and attendees (in PheedLoop). With great room moderators though, and knowing that in advance, we overcame that! The integration between their mobile app functions and the virtual portal functions were confusing and limiting for a fully virtual event. Attendees on tablet devices were unable to access chat functions. Attendees on mobile devices could not access much of anything. Thankfully, our attendees were mostly desktop anyhow! PheedLoop was easy for guests to use. We loved the interactive features for guests, speakers , sponsors & exhibitors. It was easy to set up the initial website. I felt that the pricing needed to be more transparent. It was confusing that you could purchase off the dashboard and also get a separate invoice. When you looked at your total purchases on your dashboard the invoices ones never showed.

I wanted a representative from pheedLoop to be assigned to our account. I wanted the rep to be available to help us individually with training as a group. (I would have paid extra for that)

I would not purchase tech suppoort again. When we emailed about an issue the same answer came back to "refresh and restart" when we were live with speakers I wanted a pheedLoop rep to be with us backstage.
