The online conventions were a great success and it kept us connected to the members and colleagues. We continue to use PheedLoop primarily due to its great registration platform and Calls for Proposals form as it has simplified data entry and other administrative tasks. PheedLoop was easy for guests to use. We loved the interactive features for guests, speakers , sponsors & exhibitors. It was easy to set up the initial website. We loved working with George and I found the daily tech support helpful. The registration worked well also and I lived the corospondense with attendees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PheedLoop? I felt that the pricing needed to be more transparent. It was confusing that you could purchase off the dashboard and also get a separate invoice. When you looked at your total purchases on your dashboard the invoices ones never showed. I wanted a representative from pheedLoop to be assigned to our account. I wanted the rep to be available to help us individually with training as a group. (I would have paid extra for that) I would not purchase tech suppoort again. When we emailed about an issue the same answer came back to "refresh and restart" when we were live with speakers I wanted a pheedLoop rep to be with us backstage. Go to the daily support meetings. You will eventually need all purchase modules. For budget purposes I would add on all pheedLoop features. You will eventually need them all. When we were looking for a virtual event platform for our National Convention, we researched many companies and platforms. Overall, PheedLoop provided the best Admin and Attendee experience that worked well with our budget. Their team was responsive, friendly and supportive during the process. Implementing the system was fast and easy and I liked that we were able to update the event ourselves. The Attendees loved the design of the platform and really enjoyed the gamification. Pheedloop has a lot of great features and functionality and a price that is quite affordable even for smaller not-for-profit organizations such as ours. One of the downsides is that technical support and troubleshooting it quite generic. You don't have an account manager who knows your event and can provide customized advice. On the backend, Pheedloop is easy to configure and customize. Pheedloop admins can turn on several features to enhance the end-user experience; for example, the gamification, virtual lobby, chat boxes, and photo booth are among a few. I thought it was nice to have pre-roll videos playing on every session page to advertise various aspects of the event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PheedLoop? The Pheedloop platform is not as seamless as it appears to be. It is frustrating for speakers to have to open Pheedloop for the chat and be in Zoom; it means them needing multiple windows open to engage with their audience. The Pheedloop Meet function is not as great as Zoom, especially in the exhibit hall because it removes an attendee's virtual background.
