"High Quality Event Service that Fits Your Budget"

What do you like best about PheedLoop?

When we were looking for a virtual event platform for our National Convention, we researched many companies and platforms. Overall, PheedLoop provided the best Admin and Attendee experience that worked well with our budget. Their team was responsive, friendly and supportive during the process. Implementing the system was fast and easy and I liked that we were able to update the event ourselves. The Attendees loved the design of the platform and really enjoyed the gamification. "Ever evolving and always listening"

What do you like best about PheedLoop?

The customer service is invaluable. They have "open" office hours twice daily, in which you can not only ask your questions but listen to answers to other customer's questions. I have often found solutions to problems I didn't know I had in this way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

It is still evolving, which is a blessing and a curse. Feedback is intergrated regularly, but this also means there are constantly new features to learn and implement. And knowing what is coming but hasn't arrived yet is a little frustrating at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PheedLoop:

Pheedloop is interactive in many ways: Participants can feel they are attending a "real" event through Pheedloop, there are constant changes implemented according to the feedback, there are frequent Pheedloop conferences that introduce new features, but it does take a little bit of exploring on the administrative end and attending the open office hours to get the whole experience and take full advantage of this platform. What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been using Pheedloop as a Learning Management System, which has been an incredible success. Before finding Pheedloop, our resources were spread thin, with our clients needing to have a list of URLs for different content; Pheedloop helps us keep all content in one place, including the built-in registration and zoom (meetings and webinars) embedded within the platform. "No other platform matches what they can offer at this price point"

What do you like best about PheedLoop?

No other platform matches what they can offer at this price point. We used the basic virtual event module, event website, and gamification. It saved a lot of marketing/communication staff time. Next time I'd want to use the registration module upgrade, too, to save our finance staff a bunch of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

There's a steep learning curve, so be prepared to watch a lot of videos and read a lot of articles. However, the help/support article base, the daily office hours Q&A sessions, and the 24-hour email support made it much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"On to our second virtual conference with Pheedloop"

What do you like best about PheedLoop?

It is pretty user friendly. I did find a few things confusing and had to contact staff, however overall it was doable for someone like me, with no website experience to set up and run a virtual conference on fairly short notice. What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

I find that when I make changes, they aren't always reflected in the virtual event when I refresh the page and I have to close it and re-open it. I wish it were easier to add names and ticket types of individuals who register through our own payment system. I had believed it would be a matter of uploading an excel page, but learnt that although I could add attendees that way, I still needed to add them as registrants to assign them tickets. I also think that there could be a better and more comphrensive and searchable tutorial function. For example, Zoom you can google what you are trying to do and it nearly always comes up with step by step instructions and a video to walk you through it. Most times, for Pheedloop it is much more challenging to find that information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?

Like everyone else, dealing with COVID and having to cancel our in person annual conference. It was a big challenge for us, as we have no experience in this matter. I reached out to companies who run virtual and hybrid conferences and the fees to hire them were astronomical and not possible for our small association. Pheedloop gave us an affordable way of running a virtual event, that staff could manage themselves without needing to hire expensive contractors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We do provide plenty of informational and knowledge-base material on our support page at support.pheedloop.com. It has answers to almost everything relating to the platform, and it even has a search function to narrow down your inquiry to different subtopics. If you are still unable to locate what you're looking for, our tech support team is super helpful and always an email away! We also have daily customer support hours with Live Q&A that you can register for, and get one-on-one help with any specific questions you may have in regards to your event. So there are plenty of resources out there to make use of and help you make your experience with PheedLoop as smooth as possible.

What do you like best about PheedLoop?

The ease of use on the backend for our team. It is very user-friendly, and intuitive. So far, we have received great reviews on the ease of use for our attendees and look forward to rolling it out for the rest of our convention soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

It has been more time-consuming managing the event than we anticipated; however, having never worked on the backend of an event platform in the past, I can't compare it to how much more or less work it would be to others. One thing we would like to see is a welcome email tracking for attendees/registrants like there is for speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors. Given the current realities of a pandemic, this platform has allowed us to have a hybrid event with more virtual interaction than we would have just using zoom. We want all participants to feel they are getting as much as possible out of convention. In-person attendance is easy, but PheedLoop helps add that extra layer of networking they wouldn't get with just a zoom link. With the chats in each room, video meetings anyone can have with anyone else, and especially the virtual trade show booths, PheedLoop helps bring our convention to the next level. As events go back on-site, you'll be able to run everything from check-in, badge printing, lead capture, registration, and so much more alongside all the virtual pieces to create an amazing hybrid experience.
