Pheedloop makes it easy to run conferences and professional learning events, whether they are in-person, online, or a blend of the two. I appreciate the many conveniences they include in their platform that you can clearly see comes from feedback from their users. For example, I can carry over profiles of sponsors and exhibitors from a previous event. I would like a little more ability to customize things as the lower price-point, but I also realize that I am asking for a lot. I love that Pheedloop is constantly making upgrades to the software, and many of the upgrades or new features are included in the current fee and not a constant add-on for fees. What I would like is telephone support. While Pheedloop does offer support by email, often times support over the phone to explain what the issue is and to have it corrected in real-time would be great to see in the future! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how versatile the platform is. We have hosted a wide range of events on PheedLoop from small classroom settings to massive multi-platform events with thousands of attendees. It can do it all! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish that the backend was more standardized in the sense that not all settings and features are the same from module to module. For instance, being able to add menu buttons in the app, but you need to use custom code to achieve the same thing on the virtual portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best feature of PheedLoop is the attendee portal and log-in process. Attendees for our events are immediately connected to our conference app without creating a new email or password. The website builder is very basic and uses HTML code. This is something that I am comfortable working with, but other administrators may struggle to take advantage of this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using Pheedloop for our in-person and virtual events. We have used similar bigger products in the past, but the customer service always let us down. Pheedloop's staff has answered our questions, held trainings for us, and communicated with us every step of the way. I am thankful for their support, it has helped us implement this software so much quicker.

The PheedLoop platform has everything we need to ensure a successful event. I also love their team's openness to new ideas and updating the platform to include them. PheedLoop is constantly updating, which is a positive thing. However, their knowledge base can get outdated quickly as these updates come through. I wish that they consistently updated the knowledge base when an update changes the UI or the impacted section.
