They are an innovative, driven, passionate team with a quality product that gets better and better over time. **What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Focusing on the COVID-19 era, we were looking for a cost-effective, user-friendly platform that was easy enough for attendees to learn/use to the full extent of the cababilities, while also being more robust and dynamic than a zoom meeting/webinar. I think the virtual trade show, virtual sponsorship assets and networking capabilities are some of the enhanced features that solved our event challenges of the day. Little to no barrier to entry (user experience) was extremely important as we entered (and continue to live in) the pandemic state. It was (is!) essential to be able to make events profitable so being able to paint a picture for sponsors and exhibitors is extremely important. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers. Support is incredible given the number of their staff. Emails are answered within 24hrs and enhanced support is available for a fee. I use support alot, which perhaps goes to show the complexities. The proposal portal alone has saved me hours of time; not only can my reviewers rate the proposals, but I can give feedback, ask questions, and approve proposals efficiently! Once the proposals are approved, the system generates a portal for each speaker that allows them to upload their handouts, engage with attendees, and review their online evaluations!
