"Perfect solution for our meeting"

What do you like best about PheedLoop?

We were holding an academic conference. Many of the other options out there could do some, but not all of the things we wanted to utilize for our meeting. Pheedloop did it all and more, including a gamification system that really boosted engagement with our attendees. We were able to have a sponsor hall, a poster session, concurrent sessions - it was awesome. Our attendees had excellent reviews of the platform as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

Pheedloop has so many features - a couple of times I had to really think about where to find a particular feature, but between my colleagues and I it was a quick search. This isn't a knock on the platform - there is just so much you can do it is hard to keep it straight. That's more a of a me problem I think! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?

Holding an academic conference on a platform like zoom doesn't provide the experience that in-person would. Pheedloop gets you as close as possible to that in person experience, especially with those live 1-1 meetings that can be done right inside the platform. "Easy to use platform and excellent customer service"

What do you like best about PheedLoop?

The platform is easy to learn and easy to use. They have a decent amount of training videos to get you started and daily AMA hours to help if you need live support. Also very responsive to email support inquiries. Also, PheedLoop is very proactive in listening to their audience and implementing requested changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

Like any platform, there are some limitations to what you can do, but as mentioned above, PheedLoop is excellent at taking feedback and improving with each iteration. What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our biggest complaints with our previous virtual platform were that it was challenging to learn and use and that their customer support responsiveness was almost non-existent. Plus it was really expensive. Our decision to switch to PheedLoop resolved all 3 of these issues. Our sponsors and speakers had also expressed that the platform was straightforward and intuitive. Constant improvements, updates & feature additions. Just when you think you might need a certain feature, it seems that the team at Pheedloop announces that it's here. The developers are very intuitive, and the software demonstrates their talent at creating something user-friendly that still provides a wonderful experience. What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?

We hosted our annual convention using Pheedloop. Without this software, we would have otherwise canceled the event entirely. Pheedloop made it easy to provide great sponsorship opportunities, and we were surprised and ecstatic at the turnout. We did not expect our usual attendees, who tend to steer clear of technology, to attend a virtual event. It went so well that we didn't receive any negative feedback on tech difficulties or the usual confusion and frustration that comes with a new experience. I highly recommend purchasing the optional event day support that Pheedloop offers. Although I only utilized the dedicated tech support three times, the responses and solutions were so quick that attendees barely noticed a glitch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PheedLoop?

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

Lack of Q&A feature is my biggest complaint.

The back end features or sorting and uploading the session could be improved, e.g. allowing for adding session and format tracks, allowing for easier sorting the sessions.

It would be good to have an opportunity to upload the communication for posts. Currently there is no option and you can't even download the full list with dates and times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?

Integration with Zoom is great because it allows the presenters that extra comfort due to their existing knowledge of zoom platform.

It simplified training process and also eliminated some issues, viewers might have with watching the sessions through Pheedloop.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

Wish there were more design options - you are able to choose banners and colors but from there, the design really comes into play with your videos/streams. I wish you could move items around more and add more features like a texture or color in the background.

Pheedloop is extremely easy to use. We host instant messaging for attendees who need tech support and when we switched to using Pheedloop, the help requests significantly dropped. Additionally, we are able to integrate streaming tools into the platform - this was a major life-saver for us since some of our clients do not have their own Zoom licenses. What do you like best about PheedLoop?

Pheedloop was a very easy to set up, easy to learn but still very powerful, capable virtual event platform for our events. We were able to learn it quickly using all the detailed training articles & videos Pheedloop provides, so we could get up & running quickly. Our account manager at Pheedloop is VERY accessible to help guide us through the process and responded to questions quickly with helpful, detailed answers. The cost structure makes it affordable and you can select the tools/options you need so you are not paying for a lot of features you won't use - but they are there if you decide to add them. Our events have normally be in person, but everything had to be virtual this year. We were able to reach our audience successfully virtually through Pheedloop. We could still have interaction with 2 way Q&A for our breakout sessions, interact with exhibitors and communicate as often as needed through the email features and push notifications. What do you like best about PheedLoop?

Our team finds the platform intuitive and flexible for the needs of our clients & conference guests. The customer service team is exceptional and always ready to answer our questions. Some aspects of ZOOM are not available, as a University campus our enterprise licence is better for us to use rather than the 'meet and stream' option.
