**What do you like best about PheedLoop?**

Easy to integrate with Zoom, easy to import users, tags assigned basis, provide virtual access to learners without them having to log in to each Zoom link.

Probably the fact that not many people know about it so it makes onboarding a little difficult

It makes it easier to put images and other elements on a webpage. Has dedicated sections that we can add or remove.

Sometimes it’s a little tricky to integrate it with wordpress

The event website is deployed using PheedLoop and all the web pages are through it too. So if we want to make make changes, it’s all in one place.

**What do you like best about PheedLoop?**

It has everything that we need to host a virtual or in-person event and everything is very connected and reduces time in setting up various aspects of an event. They are constantly adding new functionality and improving on the existing.

**What do you dislike about PheedLoop?**

I cant think of anything that i dislike. There are a couple of quirks that i have noticed specifically in the upload and download functionality but Pheedloop has been extremely receptive to my suggestions.

**Recommendations to others considering PheedLoop:**

You cant go wrong working with Pheedloop, i highly recommend it.

**What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our initial reason for using Pheedloop was to facilitate our first-ever virtual conference and tradeshow. Now we are using it to host our first-ever hybrid conference and tradeshow. I am looking forward to working with some of their integrations specifically with Wild Apricot as that is our current AMS.

**What do you like best about PheedLoop?**

Pheedloop makes it easy to run conferences and professional learning events, whether they are in-person, online, or a blend of the two. I appreciate the many conveniences they include in their platform that you can clearly see comes from feedback from their users. For example, I can carry over profiles of sponsors and exhibitors from a previous event. This means loyal sponsors and exhibitors do not have to start from scratch each year rebuilding their presence.

**What do you dislike about PheedLoop?**

I would like a little more ability to customize things as the lower price-point, but I also realize that I am asking for a lot. To be honest, the attention to detail that is already in the Pheedloop platform design offsets most little frustrations or wishes I have come across.

**What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have built conference promotion website and virtual events with Pheedloop, and the overlap is seamless and easy. Compared to other events, Pheedloop is the first one that really lets me accomplish a lot in a single platform, and the information entered once carries over to so many other applicable area, reducing the need for duplicate entries.

**What do you like best about PheedLoop?**

I love that Pheedloop is constantly making upgrades to the software, and many of the upgrades or new features are included in the current fee and not a constant add-on for fees.  During COVID 19, they quickly pivoted and helped support the entire sector by moving virtual and providing great software and affordable tiers.

**What do you dislike about PheedLoop?**

What I would like is telephone support. While Pheedloop does offer support by email, often times support over the phone to explain what the issue is and to have it corrected in real-time would be great to see in the future!

**What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pheedloop helped solve my issue of canceling the in-person event and provided an easy-to-use platform to conduct our virtual events for two years.  It allowed for live and pre-recorded sessions, providing a simulive experience.  The chat feature in each workshop allowed for delegate input, along with the ability to integrate polling software.

The mobile app is critical for in-person events and provided delegates with a slick, easy to use mobile app for our event.

The onsite print kiosks and software really solved hours of printing, collating and assembly of badges. The kiosks were easy to use and printed badges in seconds.

Information pertaining to our association's events is centralized in one area.

**What do you dislike about PheedLoop?**

The reports the system generates should be available post event as well. Once the contract expires, there is no way to access reports.

**What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The PheedLoop platform was a lifesaver during the pandemic and allowed our association to continue planning for events. The online conventions were a great success and it kept us connected to the members and colleagues. We continue to use PheedLoop primarily due to its great registration platform and Calls for Proposals form as it has simplified data entry and other administrative tasks.

**What do you like best about PheedLoop?**

I love how versatile the platform is. We have hosted a wide range of events on PheedLoop from small classroom settings to massive multi-platform events with thousands of attendees. It can do it all!

**What do you dislike about PheedLoop?**

I wish that the backend was more standardized in the sense that not all settings and features are the same from module to module. For instance, being able to add menu buttons in the app, but you need to use custom code to achieve the same thing on the virtual portal.

**What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Registration is definitely the most prominent factor for me. It brings power to the event management team to easily manage this ourselves without outsourcing the job to another company with complicated gear. Being able to use your smartphones and tablets for registration makes it possible for anyone.

**What do you like best about PheedLoop?**

The best feature of PheedLoop is the attendee portal and log-in process. Attendees for our events are immediately connected to our conference app without creating a new email or password. Members are already engaging with our content before they even get their registration badge.

**What do you dislike about PheedLoop?**

The website builder is very basic and uses HTML code. This is something that I am comfortable working with, but other administrators may struggle to take advantage of this feature.

**What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PheedLoop creates content at the touch of a button. We can make changes to our conference schedule and that information is immediately updated on the conference app and conference website. This removes duplicate tasks that I would have normally been responsible for and allows me to work on other important conference aspects.

The system is easy to use and generally is intuitive. I feel both the end users and the administrators are able to quickly figure out the system and use it well. Each year, I've been able to better our event, as well, learning a bit more about PheedLoop.

I feel it would be better if more of the modules integrated with information from other modules. I have to click lots of extra behind-the-scenes boxes at times.

The system has been useful from start to finish. We added call for proposals, call for sponsors, registration, and app features this year. This has streamlined our process tremendously.

**What do you like best about PheedLoop?**

We have been using Pheedloop for our in-person and virtual events. We have used similar bigger products in the past, but the customer service always let us down. Pheedloop's staff has answered our questions, held trainings for us, and communicated with us every step of the way. I am thankful for their support, it has helped us implement this software so much quicker. 

The PheedLoop platform has everything we need to ensure a successful event. I also love their team's openness to new ideas and updating the platform to include them. There are updates all the time with new and exciting features to enhance events even further.

**What do you dislike about PheedLoop?**

PheedLoop is constantly updating, which is a positive thing. However, their knowledge base can get outdated quickly as these updates come through. I wish that they consistently updated the knowledge base when an update changes the UI or the impacted section.
I also wish they had paypal integration for the financial side.

**What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some issues we've had with other similar platforms were access to customer support, on-site event badges/lanyards, and a working event app. 
Pheedloop has solved all of these issues. Their event app is stable and easy to edit, we were walked through the badge/lanyard process, and their customer support answered my 100 emails promptly. My organization's needs are valued at Pheedloop.

So easy to use and it thinks of everything! PheedLoop is an intuitive event management platform that basically walks you through the event creation process.

Offering networking in a way that is similar to in-person.

If you are looking for a platform to host your next event with ease of use, A1 customer service and a user-friendly end product, PheedLoop is your platform. Your final product is a great looking event website and virtual event portal.  PheedLoop has thought of everything. And once your event is done, you have a vast amount of valuable data from the various reports.

**What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With PheedLoop, you can customize the user's experience with many ways to keep attendees engaged and allow them to network and connect. PheedLoop benefits us by providing a platform to keep us, the host of the event organized, and provides an event hub for the end users (attendees).  With features like the event website and mobile app, you can reduce costs on things like printing and design costs for a physical program. The mobile app provides additional exposure for your event sponsors.

Pheedloop is allowing us to foster more networking among our conference participants. It is also enabling us to offer a much more professional online conference than we have provided in the past.

**What do you like best about PheedLoop?**

Due to a significant price increase with my old platform provider Hopin, I was stuck with an impossible timeline of researching a new platform, purchasing and onboarding, and building out an entirely virtual event in 2 weeks. I looked at many other providers, and what sold me on Pheedloop was how cheap their offerings were especially considering that you'd have a subscription to the platform for a whole year and that they don't charge for events under 100 attendees. I was getting quoted the same price from other providers for literally only a one-time event access to their platform for my one-weekend event- so it was a no-brainer for me in terms of bang for my buck. 

With this highly competitive offer, Pheedloop included many base features that others would charge extra for. I even upgraded to get the advanced networking and gamification features, which were still cheaper than other companies I was considering. 

The thing I'm most impressed with about Pheedloop is how easy and smooth this platform is to learn as an admin. I understood this entire platform and built out my 3 day virtual event in 48 hours. Truly, it was insane- but Pheedloop has such an easy and digestible set of resources that walks you through everything you need to know to be able to set up this platform and your events all on your own. The other game changer was the fact that they offered me 1v1 coaching calls to help me with my specific questions AND every day, they do two drop in support sesssions so you can jump in a zoom, ask your quick questions, and hear what other people's questions are. EXTREMELY HELPFUL! I can't rave enough about this platform. I was so stressed with this project and booking Pheedloop was the best, if not only, way I was able to pull my event off.

**What do you dislike about PheedLoop?**

I don't have many con's to share about this platform. I will say, though, that my event was small, only virtual, with less than 120 attendees. So I'm not sure if it's as financially feasible for larger events.

**What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a virtual platform that could host my virtual 3 day conference event in a way that would be exponentially more engaging than a weekend of zoom meetings. My event consisted of interactive educational workshops (with breakout groups), Guest Speaker sessions, panel discussions, a case competition, group networking, ice breaker games, as well as I needed to amplify sponsors and partners.

Very sophisticated. Many different moduless to choose from. Relatively straightforward to use after a somewhat steep learning curve (to learn the intricacies of the system).

Pheedloop allows you the opportunity to integrate with outside entities. That saved us a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about PheedLoop?**

The downside is that because it is customizable, you have to pay for all the extras, which can add up and get pricey.

Pheedloop allows us to combine our sessions and CE. So our attendees can check-in to a session they are attending and it goes directly on their CE Certificate. That is incredibly helpful, and something we have been looking for in our app.

**What do you like best about PheedLoop?**

I am not tech savvy but setting up a virtual event portal using Pheedloop has been simple, efficient and intuitive. Pheedloop created an extensive knowledge base with videos, tips and access to other resources to make a beautiful and impressive portal, offers office hours and sends helpful and rapid emails to help users create their portals and troubleshoot. The look and feel of the portal is impressive and beautiful.

**What do you dislike about PheedLoop?**

The downside is Pheedloop is a do-it-yourself program so this may not work for people who want to outsource the entire process. But once you create a event in Pheedloop, this event can be copied and used as a template for the next event. It's well worth the investment!

**What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pheedloop has helped us advance our field by going virtual. We have increased our attendance by 3-fold (100 to 300) and increased our reach from 15 to 29 countries.

Pheedloop continues to improve and releases new features. It's great to know that culture of the company is not sitting on their laurels,

I dislike their payment processor Stripe; fees are too high  Plus, deposits sent to the bank are net amounts. It is cumbersome to do the daily transactions in QuickBooks.

We signed up for a third-year conference registration platform, and a colleague told me that reports have improved.

The platform is scalable to any guest count and is very stable and reliable.

There are no downsides to using this platform that we have experienced.

We were introduced to Pheedloop as a virtual conference platform. It's extensive networking and social capabilities  allowed us to create the kinds of valuable attendee interaction that used to be limited to only physical gatherings.  SInce then, we have expanded the use of the product to both hybrid and physical only conferences and single day events.   Of particular interest to us is the Session Proposal capability for submissions, reviews and the transition to full speaker and session schedules.

Two things really stand out. The registration system really makes life easier. And the Sponsor/Exhibitor onboarding and management saves so much back and forth.

I know they are working on improvements but their reports can be challenging.

It saves us time managing abstracts and speakers, sponsors and exhibitors, and ticket sales. This all used to be a manual process tracked in multiple reports but have end-to-end management is great.

I liked all the options it has to customize your event, as well as the daily "office hours" for questions and support as you are building your event environment.

Would love to see the website portion have a widget option to save some time building the websites.

Pheedloop offers a good entry price point for organizations that perhaps don't want to spend $10K and up on an event platform. It gives you everything you need - an event site, registration and attendee management, abstract management, speaker and sponsor management, communications, an online event portal, and a mobile app for those that are in person.

The control that is offered for the builder of the platform experience is the best. It is clear, concise, and there are multiple options to personalize.

There really aren't things that I 'dislike', more that there are things that I would like better, For instance, if you could initiate chats with new people without having to go back out of the event you are viewing. This would be helpful.

I appreciate the update of the Event Webpage. The regular updates to the functionality of the website are never obtrusive, always helpful.

Not a dislike really but a bit more graphics for the event website would be great. I believe that's already been launched with a new format.

We had issues with the pop-up survey not loading correctly for a conference, but it was just once and the support team worked quickly to get it fixed.

I've been using it for virtual events, but it also has lots of strong features for in-person and hybrid events.
If you want a branded event portal that it's intuitive for your attendees to use, definitely go with PheedLoop, it's an awesome platform.

Content can stay available on-demand for months after the event has happened. Attendees can engage with their peers, exhibitors and speakers.

We deliver local, national and international conferences to attendees with a reduced fee and everywhere they are located.
We manage registrations, speakers, abstract submissions, exhibitor and sponsor sales and communication to all these stakeholders.
The bigger benefit for me is the fact that we have one system to manage everything on the event, with templates and explanations of what to do and many training videos.

They listen to their customers' feedback and implement suggestions and requests. They are continually evolving and improving the system and rolling out new features. They respond quickly when we have an issue, especially if we are executing an event. The ability to have registration, a web site and event app all tied together into one seamless system is a huge time-saver for small staffs. We love that the event app is available via web browser so our attendees don't have to download yet another app to their phone.

**What do you dislike about PheedLoop?**

As with any new program, there is a steep learning curve.  The knowledge base is ok, but only covers things at a basic level. Advanced users have to contact support to find out how to do things. Videos are helpful when you're new, but searchable text would be even more useful when you need a quick refresher on a specific setup.

We are a small, non-profit trade association and using Pheedloop has allowed us to offer a more sophisticated user-experience for our annual conferences. Great way for us to be able to offer Events. As a not-for-profit, the fact that it is more affordable than most platforms is a great thing. I also like the pre-populated email templates, they make it easy to know what to put in the communications. The fact i can add registration questions is also a great way to capture information.

It can be challenging to find what I am looking for using the search engine. I know that I can send emails, but sometimes I need an answer right away, and the bot doesn't always understand what I am asking.

The support from the staff has been exceptional. It's a fairly steep learning curve for me but with the support staff I have been able to resolve any issues.
I don't have a lot to compare these services to but the other platform we use for our online workshops are not nearly as responsive.

It seems a little bit convoluted until you have done something and then it's really very simple. 
There seems to be a number of steps to do something simple so if you could condense those steps it would help a newbie.

**What do you like best about PheedLoop?**

From an attendee perspective, the platform is user-friendly, looks clean and is quite quick to learn. From the organizer perspective, the platform is very cost-effective compared to others, and it is one of the most straightforward platforms I have used with all settings for features found in one area for the most part, compared to other platforms that seem to have settings in many different places. If you have all your content ready to go it is one of the fastest platforms to set up. Pheedloop has an amazing support team if you are unsure of how to go about something. Their team is incredibly fast at turning around feature requests if it is deemed to have a high ROI and often times, they are quite transparent as to what is in the works. With many other platforms, it can take a very long time for new features to be developed and are not always transparent. If there is something that cannot be done within the platform Pheedloop does allow for other integrations and Pheedloop does do its best to support you in identifying other options.

**What do you dislike about PheedLoop?**

There are a few features that could use improvements and don’t always make sense (attendees being able to close check-in surveys without answering required questions, “Join Live” in the booth always accessible by attendees and limited control for exhibitors) but Pheedloop is very approachable, willing to listen to your feedback and try to identify a solution or add it to their development road map. A little bit more customization in terms of the layout of features within pages or custom pages would be helpful however it is not a deal-breaker. As an organizer, it would be great to be able to purchase credits as an organization rather than per event client and apply those to our events as needed, and also transfer unused credits from one event to another without it having to be the same client.

**What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pheedloop allowed us to transition many events into a virtual format in a cost-effective and fast manner allowing us to not only keep in touch with our previous attendees but also expand our reach to new attendees. Many other platforms involve long complex project management timelines and setup, which Pheedloop does not. Being able to take the platform and set it up in a relatively quick turnaround time makes the platform great for smaller clients, those without specific requirements and makes it much easier/efficient for our team.

The ability to select from available modules to offer more or less functionality for the event and to stay within budget.  
The exhibit hall offered the next best thing to in-person, which our exhibitors appreciated.  We were even able to conduct a prize raffle in the gamification module which was a lot of fun!
Webinars offered by Support helped us navigate the platform to create a successful event!

Although they had a good experience, some exhibitors did not like the requirement to "leave" their booth to engage with an attendee in the networking area.  A good work around was the suggestion of two screens or tabs: one for the booth, the other for networking.  This solution helped quite a bit.

Pheedloop offered us the ability to hold our annual conference virtually, rather than canceling the event, which would have disappointed our members and left a large deficit in our budgeted revenue for the year. I loved the networking video group rooms - attendees could easily go face to face. Loved option for exhibitors to do live video too! The simplicity of generating an event microsite was wonderful. We didn't need anything incredibly fancy, just straightforward. Their schedule viewing options (by day, track, audience, etc) were excellent. I like that we get a year of access so attendees can continue coming back in to access content. This allowed us to sell an extended package option and a post-event access option.

**What do you dislike about PheedLoop?**

For live presentations, we integrated Zoom and it felt as though a barrier existed between speakers (in Zoom) and attendees (in PheedLoop). With great room moderators though, and knowing that in advance, we overcame that! The integration between their mobile app functions and the virtual portal functions were confusing and limiting for a fully virtual event. Attendees on tablet devices were unable to access chat functions. Attendees on mobile devices could not access much of anything. Thankfully, our attendees were mostly desktop anyhow!

**Recommendations to others considering PheedLoop:**

Know what you need for your event and find the best partner. Don't pick the "best" software, pick the best software for YOUR SPECIFIC EVENT. That being said, PheedLoop checked the boxes for us - pre-recorded, on demand, and live content options. Zoom integration. Sli.do integration. A slew of networking options with live video from attendees. It was as close as we could safely get together during a pandemic!

The conference we just finished on it has a LOT of content, so pre-recording and storing on PheedLoop, while being able to offer longer access to attendees to view content is perfect. We can even sell access after the conference using that same event!

PheedLoop was easy for guests to use. We loved the interactive features for guests, speakers , sponsors & exhibitors. It was easy to set up the initial website. We loved working with George and I found the daily tech support helpful. The registration worked well also and I lived the corospondense with attendees.

I felt that the pricing needed to be more transparent. It was confusing that you could purchase off the dashboard and also get a separate invoice. When you looked at your total purchases on your dashboard the invoices ones never showed. 
I wanted a representative from pheedLoop to be assigned to our account. I wanted the rep to be available to help us individually with training as a group. (I would have paid extra for that)
I would not purchase tech suppoort again. When we emailed about an issue the same answer came back to "refresh and restart" when we were live with speakers I wanted a pheedLoop rep to be with us backstage. We felt unsupported from pheedLoop during our meet & streams.

Leave your team lots of set up time. Go to the daily support meetings. You will eventually need all purchase modules. For budget purposes I would add on all pheedLoop features. You will eventually need them all.

The customer service is invaluable. They have "open" office hours twice daily, in which you can not only ask your questions but listen to answers to other customer's questions. I have often found solutions to problems I didn't know I had in this way.

It is still evolving, which is a blessing and a curse. Feedback is intergrated regularly, but this also means there are constantly new features to learn and implement. And knowing what is coming but hasn't arrived yet is a little frustrating at times.

Pheedloop is interactive in many ways: Participants can feel they are attending a "real" event through Pheedloop, there are constant changes implemented according to the feedback, there are frequent Pheedloop conferences that introduce new features, but it does take a little bit of exploring on the administrative end and attending the open office hours to get the whole experience and take full advantage of this platform.

We have been using Pheedloop as a Learning Management System, which has been an incredible success. No other platform matches what they can offer at this price point. We used the basic virtual event module, event website, and gamification. It saved a lot of marketing/communication staff time. Next time I'd want to use the registration module upgrade, too, to save our finance staff a bunch of time.

There's a steep learning curve, so be prepared to watch a lot of videos and read a lot of articles. However, the help/support article base, the daily office hours Q&A sessions, and the 24-hour email support made it much better.

It is pretty user friendly. I did find a few things confusing and had to contact staff, however overall it was doable for someone like me, with no website experience to set up and run a virtual conference on fairly short notice. I also love the design element of it!

**What do you dislike about PheedLoop?**

I find that when I make changes, they aren't always reflected in the virtual event when I refresh the page and I have to close it and re-open it. I wish it were easier to add names and ticket types of individuals who register through our own payment system. I had believed it would be a matter of uploading an excel page, but learnt that although I could add attendees that way, I still needed to add them as registrants to assign them tickets. I also think that there could be a better and more comphrensive and searchable tutorial function. For example, Zoom you can google what you are trying to do and it nearly always comes up with step by step instructions and a video to walk you through it. Most times, for Pheedloop it is much more challenging to find that information.

Pheedloop is great, I think we will be continuing to use it for a long time to come.

Like everyone else, dealing with COVID and having to cancel our in person annual conference. It was a big challenge for us, as we have no experience in this matter. I reached out to companies who run virtual and hybrid conferences and the fees to hire them were astronomical and not possible for our small association. Pheedloop gave us an affordable way of running a virtual event, that staff could manage themselves without needing to hire expensive contractors.

The platform is very user-friendly, and constantly coming up with new innovations and improvements.  Customer service is prompt and helpful.

I wish there was more user documentation to reference.

PheedLoop was the perfect platform for our first foray into offering virtual events for our non-profit.  The pay by use aspect instead of a bulk some helped minimize financial risk and gave us the opportunity to grow when the event was well received.

**What do you like best about PheedLoop?**

The ease of use on the backend for our team.  It is very user-friendly, and intuitive.  So far, we have received great reviews on the ease of use for our attendees and look forward to rolling it out for the rest of our convention soon.

**What do you dislike about PheedLoop?**

It has been more time-consuming managing the event than we anticipated; however, having never worked on the backend of an event platform in the past, I can't compare it to how much more or less work it would be to others.  One thing we would like to see is a welcome email tracking for attendees/registrants like there is for speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors.  The transaction fees are also higher than what we were using, which can be rough on a non-profit.

**What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Given the current realities of a pandemic, this platform has allowed us to have a hybrid event with more virtual interaction than we would have just using zoom.  We want all participants to feel they are getting as much as possible out of convention.  In-person attendance is easy, but PheedLoop helps add that extra layer of networking they wouldn't get with just a zoom link.  With the chats in each room, video meetings anyone can have with anyone else, and especially the virtual trade show booths, PheedLoop helps bring our convention to the next level.

The PheedLoop platform is very robust yet very intuitive to use to set up and manage a virtual event. PheedLoop's customer service is also outstanding and they offer a fantastic array of live and on-demand training sessions to get you up and running in no time. The PheedLoop team continues to add innovative features and new functionality that enhances the attendee experience.

I honestly can't think of any downsides of using PheedLoop. It's a fantastic platform that PheedLoop continues to improve upon and upgrade features.

PheedLoop is not only a perfect solution to use for your virtual events, but they have outstanding features and offerings for hybrid and in-person events.

**What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The objective for our virtual meetings was to provide an experience for our members that was as close as possible to an in-person meeting, allowing them to engage/network with one another and have access to both pre-recorded content and live presentations in one place. We were looking for a virtual event platform/solution that would be easy for our small team to manage, but still have a professional look and feel for our event. We also needed a solution that would fit into the budget we had set aside for our virtual event. PheedLoop was able to help us accomplish all our objectives and more.

The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Also, generating reports and sending communications to speakers is super simple.

I would have liked to have a second review period as an option for the draft papers.
