"Virtual Conference Success"

What do you like best about PheedLoop?

Everyone who attended our conference was happy with the virtual platform. They all had a lot of fun with the gamification and networking groups. The navigation of the platform was very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

We did have some streaming issues with Meet and Stream on the first day of our event. However, the support team at Pheedloop worked to help us correct these issues. We were happy with the customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PheedLoop?

What do you like best about PheedLoop?

Pheedloop is easy to use, to the point, and looks great! The team knows what we (the customer) are looking for and are constantly adding features that make the experience better and better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

Not much to dislike; sometimes, spacing of components on screen may overlap depending on the user's browser settings, monitor resolution, etc. Not an easy thing to fix or predict. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PheedLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pheedloop has helped us pivot our business model to online during the COVID pandemic. We retrained our team to deliver large conferences online, and thanks to Pheedloop, they could pick up the tools needed quickly and efficiently. Digital conferences are proving to have better attendance than previous in-person iterations, which surprised many of our clients. I'm not super tech-savvy (although have been forced to become a lot more so over the last couple of years) so not always being able to answer questions about why something isn't working the way it was expected to, or being able to just solve the issue on my own. What do you like best about PheedLoop?

Pheedlioop is highly integrated - design, communication, registration, sponsorship, help all within the platform, making for highly efficient events and planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

I still do not get why sponsorship and exhibitor portals are not automatically populated, Maybe this was something I was missing. I realize every sponsor is not an exhibitor; however, if there was an enabling button to turn on if you are an exhibitor and a sponsor, portals could be shared.

We are connecting and providing value as an association despite COVID and isolation rules. People like the Pheedloop platform as it is convenient and provides more reach. What do you like best about PheedLoop?

Would like for the PIP function to happen automatically so that the presentation stays live while hybrid and virtual attendees can still visit the booth and networking areas. I've evaluated a lot of platforms, and Pheedloop was the only one that seemed to combine affordability with fuctionality and the integrations that I needed. What do you like best about PheedLoop?

What do you like best about PheedLoop?

Pheedloop has a lot of great features and functionality and a price that is quite affordable even for smaller not-for-profit organizations such as ours. Building an event is quite intuitive and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

One of the downsides is that technical support and troubleshooting it quite generic. You don't have an account manager who knows your event and can provide customized advice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
