There not much to dislike, the interface is clear and easy to use. A mature product with the personal community relations of a startup. As a founder and developer, I was easily able to access the relevant documentation and the relevant Persona resources to answer any questions I had. The pairing of KYC and KYB in one system is what really sold us on Persona.
