What do you like best about Sumsub?

Sumsub offers a wide range of verification features and seems to cover many different document types and regions. The platform is somewhat powerful and has a comprehensive set of tools for helping with compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sumsub?

Where to start: My primary concerns are about complexity and security.

Security Concerns: The verification process feels like it could be significantly stricter. At times, it seems too easy to bypass, which raises concerns about its reliability for catching sophisticated fraud.

Lack of Transparency: It's confusing to understand which specific security regulations (KYC, AML, etc.) are being applied and how. The platform needs to provide more transparency on the compliance logic.

Complexity: The platform could be more simplified. The user interface is not always intuitive and can be difficult to navigate, making the overall workflow feel more complex than necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sumsub solving and how is that benefiting you?

The benefits are direct and essential to our entire business model. Sumsub is the "heart" of the operation, allowing the us (Voys Telecom) to function and grow.

Enabling the Core Value Proposition: Voys SA's promise to customers is a "quick online sign up" where they can get a system in 15 minutes. This speed is only possible because Sumsub provides instant, automated verification. Without it, the sign-up process would be slow and manual, completely breaking the core business promise.

Maintaining Regulatory Compliance: As a telecom company, Voys SA must adhere to strict regulations. Sumsub provides the necessary compliance layer, ensuring every new customer is verified, which protects the company from legal and financial penalties.

Scalability: Because the verification process is automated, Voys SA can onboard hundreds or thousands of new B2B customers without needing to proportionally increase the size of its compliance team. Sumsub handles the heavy lifting, allowing the company to scale.

"We are going global with Sumsub"

What do you like best about Sumsub?

We have 4 years working with sumsub to implement our Costumer identification program, we have changed many times according to our needs and some auditors recommendation. The flows for the different programs are really dynamic and bring us the capabilities to do changes in real time. They collect every important document and take care, and the team supporting us is really good and careful.

In our daily operations we have been using sumsub and this has made easy our scalability.

What do you dislike about Sumsub?

In the past we had some difficulties understanding some of the flow setting and the were helpful solving this. Also the support would have sometimes a hard time to change some things, probably trying to understand your motivation behind changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sumsub solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are currently onboarding people from air least 45 countries and all of them where covered by Sumsub. They helped us a lot to understand the type of documents and how to be sure that the docs and users are not bad actors.

"Robust KYC Solution with Intuitive Interface"

What do you like best about Sumsub?

I appreciate the very good interface for managing user information, alongside a detailed dashboard for verification processes. The ability to define my own verification flow and the seamless mobile usability of such a flow are standout positives. I also find the flexible support and sales team valuable. What do you dislike about Sumsub?

I find the UI interface could be much more flexible, allowing for better integration into our existing web or mobile applications.
