Jumio is still growing and developing product. But progress always goes together with bugs and issues. The most significant one happened a couple of weeks ago. One day Jumio team fully changed parameters for one request without sending us a notification about this. We spent half of a day developing, testing and deploying a hotfix but noticed that they rolled back after our request letter. If a customer is using the solution to confirm an identity but also to share any additional document (Document Management product), application is segregated into 2 different entries: one for the ID verification and the other one for the additional documents. This creates a risk of manual error if the internal staff does not notice that there are 2 parts of the application.

First of all, the technical product Jumio offers is very solid. We've done over 100.000 checks on identities and documents, and have never had any outage on their service.

Next to that, the most improtant thing, is that users 'understand' what is to be expected.
