My only experience with Persona is being locked out of the service I'd paid for because I'm unable to verify my identity. I understand companies need to verify in order to abide by data privacy and other similar kinds of registration but I'm currently unable to use my Claude license due to the services of Persona. Persona has been reliable, flexible, and straightforward to integrate into our GrowWise digital onboarding process. It allows us to incorporate identity verification and AML-related checks directly into the investor journey. They are very unprofessional, especially after I applied for their startup program, I don't receive any response. It is easy to use, all the platform provides clear information, the verification process is simple, all information is secured. All information is provided clear, all policies are well structured and this provides a better workflow without misunderstandings, to pull out data from Persona is not that easy, however, it does provide clear information. There not much to dislike, the interface is clear and easy to use. Maybe one thing is that people can submit any type of photo, the site must have a policy that all documents + pictures must be SFW, but this is just a personal complaint, mostly I like Persona, since it does exactly what it promises and was easy to implement. That OpenAI is using it for verification, 3 people on my team tried verifying with 5 IDs each and it simply would not work. How hard is it to build a photo verification software?
