What do you like best about PenSoft Payroll?

PenSoft is easy to learn and easy to use. The reports are readable and customizable for each company's needs. The software seemlessly integrated with our AE software (Unanet AE). Any issues were handled by customer support fairly easily and quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PenSoft Payroll?

The only thing I dislike about PenSoft is that it does not have an employee interface. A place where the employee can login, check their withholdings, adjust exemptions, view time off, etc. Some of our employees adjust their 401-K contributions without letting us know. We will then have to rely on being notified by our retirement plan, which can be delayed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PenSoft Payroll?

Pensoft is a great payroll option for small firms that want to keep payroll processing in house. Some great options are the variety of reports, user-friendly interface, and it's ability to work with other accounting software like Clearview Infocus. I really like the flexibility when entering data and the ability to send out payroll stubs prior to final processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PenSoft Payroll?

One feature I dislike is I wish some of the incomes and deductions were more automated with current figures and regulations (i.e. HSA total contribution for the year). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
