**What do you like best about PD-Trak?**

The integration of MS Project for timeline, task and resource management is the standout. It's customisable with design and configuration as per the need of the business.

**What do you dislike about PD-Trak?**

I can't comment on that now. Have heard that Smarsheet is also a good PPM software with the same features.

**What problems is PD-Trak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This was used with one of our clients and they are currently using PD-Trak. This has helped the business to move swiftly with a proper track as this helps manage portfolio as well.

PD-Trak also helped in maintaining a Gate process which helped in creating awareness of some best practices we were overlooking before

**What do you dislike about PD-Trak?**

There is nothing which I disliked so far. It seems to be a perfect solution.

**Recommendations to others considering PD-Trak:**

Give it a try once if you are looking for managing sales and marketing for your commercial product. This tool can do marvels if implemented correctly.

PD-Trak is a big help when it comes to managing project data seamlessly.Thanks to its unifying effect, now the whole project info comes in one place.
