Its key features include invoicing, call management, ePayments and reminders. The application comes with a customer relationship management (CRM) module which helps managers track technicians in real-time and send location updates to clients. Supervisors can use the solution to monitor maintenance plan sales and manage recurring payments. Additionally, it enables crew members to capture equipment data and maintain customer records. WEX FSM integrates with the third-party accounting platform QuickBooks. Accountants can use the system to calculate daily labor costs, accept payments and view transactions in real-time. There is nothing complicated about it. **What do you dislike about WEX Field Service Management?** Since it is so simple, it does not have the data that businesses need to make intelligent decisions. No worklow queues, no audit history, no paper trails, no accountability. "Updates" to their software always comes with issues. Something always breaks. At one point the QB sync tool was broken for 3 weeks. We were completely blind financially for 3 weeks. **What problems is WEX Field Service Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** CC processing rates are low ### 2. We have access to our records and can print and send receipts via e-mail with ease. **What do you dislike about WEX Field Service Management?** Sometimes the program can be slow out in the field and we've had problems with swiping cards from the iPad.
