**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

PandaDoc does an excellent job of bringing document generation, contract management, and e-signatures together in one platform. The drag-and-drop document editor offers an intuitive UI/UX, making it easy to create polished proposals and service agreements quickly. CRM integrations and pre-built templates also help simplify onboarding, while real-time document tracking and the built-in AI assistant features help reduce back-and-forth and speed up turnaround. Overall, its reliable performance and flexible pricing provide strong ROI by cutting down on manual document workflows.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

The main drawback of PandaDoc is its rigid pricing structure and the way key features are gated behind higher tiers. Important capabilities such as CRM integrations, custom workflow builder options, and bulk sending require upgraded subscriptions, which can drive costs up quickly for smaller teams or solo operators. On top of that, when working in the native editor, formatting converted PDF documents or more complex tables can sometimes feel tedious and may take extra layout tweaks to get everything looking right.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I like that PandaDoc offers a free version, which is great for people like me who don't have a budget for these applications. It's also easy to use, which gives me peace of mind. I use the drag-and-drop feature to add required fields and send emails to the correct recipients. The initial setup was really easy, and adding contacts is straightforward too. I highly recommend it to everyone, giving it a 10 out of 10!

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

There are higher-end (paid) fields in PandaDoc that I don't understand and could be explained better. I end up using them without knowing, and then I'm forced to remove them to get it to work.

**What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PandaDoc solves the legal hurdle for freelancers needing document signing protection since PDFs aren't enough. Its free, easy-to-use version is a great relief. I use the drag-and-drop for adding fields and sending emails to recipients.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I like how user-friendly the interface is. It makes it easy to handle signatures on the go. I can create a document, add pricing and signature fields, send it to a client, and track when they’ve viewed or signed it—all in one place. The templates and drag-and-drop editor also save me a lot of time, since I don’t have to build everything manually.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

What I dislike most is that some useful features are locked behind higher-priced plans, which can feel expensive for a small business. The editor can also be a little slow or clunky at times when making specific formatting changes. I’d also like to see more seamless integrations with other tools we use, and more useful AI features built into the document creation process. The onboarding was fairly straightforward, but having more accessible support and guidance when learning some of the advanced features would make the experience better.

**What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before PandaDoc, sending proposals and contracts felt like a lot of unnecessary back and forth. Now we can put everything together, send it, see when a client has viewed it, and get signatures all in one place. It saves us time, keeps things organized, and honestly just makes the whole process feel more professional for our clients.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I use PandaDoc for my web design agency, especially for client agreements and signing contracts with employees. I find it so much more flexible compared to DocuSign, and it's cheaper too. I appreciate that it has more features and is more accessible. One of the things I like most is the ability to change the size of the signature in my documents, allowing me to expand it horizontally or vertically without having to do both at once. This feature is really important to me because it lets the signature box fit perfectly into my documents. The initial setup was also really easy, with everything laid out for me, so I could start right away. I would 100% recommend PandaDoc to anyone, it's much more convenient and amazing.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

We use PandaDoc to manage our catalog of technical and commercial proposal templates, and it keeps that library organized very efficiently. It’s easy to maintain a consistent look and feel, keep information up to date, and rely on the tool day to day, which makes life much easier for our Sales Engineers, Account Managers, and approving managers. Once everything is set up, generating a new proposal is fast and straightforward.<br><br>One benefit that really stood out for us is how much it simplified our review process. We used to need three people to review each new proposal, but with PandaDoc it became much simpler and faster. Now we just select the right template, edit only the relevant content, and reuse sections that have already been validated. This reduces repeated reviews while still keeping the quality of the material high.<br><br>We also really like the integration with Pipedrive, which works very well. The rollout was straightforward too: the PandaDoc team set up the cloud environment for us, we went through the training sessions, and we were up and running quickly, especially since the interface is quite intuitive.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

I think the recent usability changes have made navigating the menus more complicated. Sometimes you have to go back many steps or start over to reach a place that used to be quick to access.

I use PandaDoc to centralize our proposal templates, which makes it much easier to manage them and keep information up to date. It streamlines the work for sales engineers and managers by supporting fast, high-quality creation of personalized proposals, and it reduces the need for time-consuming manual reviews.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I like how easy PandaDoc is to use and how it enables us to work quicker and more efficiently. It's intuitive and helps us complete most of our work remotely by avoiding in-person signatures. My favorite feature is the ability to save templates for easy use, as I can quickly send out a template in less than a minute without having to recreate a form. I also liked having a dedicated account manager in the past who could answer any questions.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

I don't like that PandaDoc got rid of account managers. I wish that the way that completed documents were stored was a bit more organized. I wish that the interface for that was more user-friendly. I wish I could drag the view so that I could read the entire folder name, and I wish there was an easier way to download multiple documents. A lot of times when you go to download multiple documents, it does not work.

PandaDoc enables us to complete most of our work remotely, eliminating the need to collect signatures in person. We work quicker and more efficiently because of it.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

What I like most about PandaDoc is how simple it makes the entire document workflow. I can create a document, customize it, send it to a customer, collect an e-signature, and track everything without jumping between different tools.

The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the tracking features are super helpful because I can quickly see whether a document has been opened, viewed, or signed. The e-signature process is also really smooth, which makes things easier for both me and the customer.

Honestly, it cuts down a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth and saves time. It makes the whole process feel more organized, professional, and stress-free. I feel PandaDoc provides very good value for the price. It saves us a significant amount of time by bringing document creation, SOW management, customer review, e-signatures, and tracking into one place. The ability to see when a document has been viewed, completed, or is still pending is especially useful for managing customer follow-ups.

It also reduces manual work and unnecessary email exchanges, while making the overall process more organized and professional. Considering the time saved and the smoother experience it provides for both our team and customers, I believe PandaDoc is well worth the investment.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

There’s not much I dislike about PandaDoc, but I think there’s still room to make some of the advanced features more flexible. For example, when working with highly customized documents, having more control over layouts, templates, and certain customization options would be really helpful.

Some features can also take a little time to figure out when you’re using them for the first time, so a more guided experience for advanced workflows could make things even easier.

That said, these are relatively minor points. Overall, PandaDoc is easy to use, reliable, and has made my document workflow much more efficient.

**What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PandaDoc solves one of the biggest problems in document workflows: all the unnecessary back-and-forth. Before using a tool like this, managing documents, getting approvals, collecting signatures, and tracking everything can quickly become messy.

With PandaDoc, the entire process is much more streamlined. I can create and customize documents, send them directly to customers, track whether they’ve viewed them, and get signatures without relying on multiple tools or endless email threads.

The biggest benefit for me is saving time and staying organized. I always have better visibility into what’s pending and what’s completed, which makes following up much easier. It also gives customers a smoother and more professional experience.

Basically, PandaDoc takes a process that could be time-consuming and frustrating and makes it feel simple, organized, and almost effortless.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I use PandaDoc for Finance to review and upload invoices and expense claims, which is great because it saves time by avoiding the back-and-forth of emails for reviews and approvals. It's easy to use, allowing me to upload documents one by one and then ask for approvals. This feature is especially useful during audit season as auditors can see the paper trail all in one place. I appreciate being able to upload all supporting documents, receipts, flight notifications, and expense claims in one place. I also like being able to see who opens the documents and whether they have been approved, all delivered through email notifications. Overall, I find it easy to use, which is why my team switched from DocuSign to PandaDoc.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

When a document is declined, the process has to be redone again and uploaded. I cannot edit the document and resubmit. I would like to see access for the person who submitted the document to resubmit corrections after it has been declined.

I use PandaDoc to streamline invoice reviews and approvals, saving time on emails. It's easy to upload all documents in one place, which helps a lot during audits. Plus, I get notifications when documents are opened or approved.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

PandaDoc's UI/UX Design has one of the most user-friendly navigation platforms for us. Direct-to-the-point, we barely use its knowledge base to search for what we need.

One of their features, Forms, has helped us tremendously by letting us receive applications and responses without having to manually send out a copy each time. This integration on our website has been greatly helpful for our clients.

Performance-wise, we barely get any drawbacks as it's mostly fully operational.

Also, PandaDoc’s e-Signature page has been the most reassuring feature compared with other e-signing platforms we’ve tried, and at this point, it’s a dealbreaker for us not to have it.

I would also like to give kudos to their Support team and their seamless resolutions to any issue we've encountered.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

The price may be a bit above average due to the form response package, but overall, it's already one of the best deals out there compared to other e-Signing platforms.

Definitely the manual setups per document. Using Templates in our forms and documents has halved the time required for tasks since the fields are already set.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I really like how easy it is to upload a document, see it immediately, and add signature, date, and text fields exactly where they’re needed. The alignment tools help everything look clean and professional, which matters a lot for candidate-facing documents. Document tracking is also a big win for me—I can see whether a document has been viewed, who viewed it, and where it is in the signing process, so I know when to follow up or send reminders to different signers. Being able to share a direct link via Slack or email makes it simple to coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders, and PandaDoc works well across devices so candidates can sign from almost anywhere. I’ve even used it while traveling in Costa Rica, and it felt just as smooth as working from home.

As employee who onboard, the account creation completes after their acceptance, which slow down our internal activity to invite member to created workspace by respective team.

Here, in general, the services should be started in time before user joined with necessary enabled, and it should be a formal login to service via an SSO or from an integration application.

The Content Library is probably where PandaDoc has made the biggest difference for our marketing team. We keep approved service descriptions, methodology pages, FAQs, case studies, and commercial terms there, so sales can move quickly without pulling copy from whatever old proposal happens to be sitting on someone’s desktop. We learned that lesson the annoying way after discovering an outdated service description had been reused for weeks. It wasn’t a catastrophic mistake, but it created enough inconsistency that every new proposal started turning into yet another round of copy review. There aren't many issues with the interface. The only improvement I'd suggest is making it easier to understand the impact of template changes, as editing templates can unintentionally affect existing automations, which affected over 100 documents being sent.

Integrations
The biggest drawback is reliability with Zapier. We've experienced occasional issues where changes to templates or document structure caused automations to fail, requiring manual troubleshooting.

Performance
Performance is generally good, but when integrations fail, it's not always easy to identify the root cause, which can increase the time spent resolving issues.

Pricing / ROI
The jump from the Business plan to Enterprise is significant. For organizations that don't need every Enterprise feature, it can be difficult to justify the cost, especially when the upgrade is positioned as the primary solution.

Support / Onboarding
Our account management experience has felt more sales-oriented than consultative. We were encouraged to upgrade to Enterprise, which would have increased our costs by over $2,000 per year, instead of exploring solutions within our existing plan or better understanding our operational needs.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

Our business relies on constantly signing legally binding agreements with clients and external work contractors, so we need a reliable system we can trust to be safe, secure and work soundly. Bulk digital signatures and document signing work well. Some of the templates can be useful and don’t need too much editing.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

It can be difficult to reassign or bypass signing to other people if workers are on leave within companies, which can cause very problematic delays due to how the system is laid out. Some templates are clumsy to change and it can often be better creating our own from blank. As far as I am aware there is no reporting dashboard giving stats on how successful or quick agreements are signed, and the main feedback we get is just if the agreement has been signed or not and how many reminders have been sent.

The only thing I can speak to in terms of improvement is just the pricing and inclusions. I've now lost even more functionality included with what I'm paying for with another recent update to the plans. For example, it reduced the number of templates I can have.

Being able to send an agreement and an invoice in a single document has genuinely changed how I operate as a salesperson. It removes a lot of the friction that comes from asking a prospect to access and review multiple separate docs.

I wish I could put a variable in a document title. I like to add the company’s name for each prospect to the document title, but I’m not sure if that’s possible. Since it is not automatic I sometimes forget. Not a big deal, but would be helpful.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I mainly use it when onboarding new hotel and restaurant partners for our membership program. Each merchant has slightly different commercial terms or tier benefits, so instead of writing custom clauses from scratch, I paste my raw call notes into the editor and ask the AI to draft the language. It usually produces a clean, formal draft within 20–30 seconds.<br><br>The contract summary feature is also very useful. When a big hotel chain sends over their own agreement (sometimes 20+ pages), I ask the AI to pull out the payout schedule, commission terms, and notice period. That saves me from scanning the entire PDF line by line before sharing it internally.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

The formatting behavior is incredibly frustrating. Most of the time, I just want it to rephrase or clean up two simple sentences, but it goes overboard with formatting changes. It suddenly turns parts of the text into bold headings, adds random bullet points, and completely throws off the paragraph spacing. I literally just wanted normal font that matches the rest of my document, but instead I end up wasting five minutes manually removing the bold formatting and resetting the line height and spacing.

Turnaround time for onboarding proposals has improved a lot. We handle a lot of dining and stay partners every week, and customizing terms manually used to take around 40–45 minutes per document. Now I just drop in the raw parameters, generate the base text, do a quick sanity check on the numbers, and send it out. Most of the time, we can revert to partners the same day instead of pushing it to the next morning. The hours saved each month across all these agreements make the plan cost worth it.

I like that the PandaDoc experience is super easy and has components and capabilities that are familiar if you've used Microsoft Word before. The drag and drop capability, the ability to sign off on documents, check if documents have been viewed, and the quick and easy links for sending to clients make everything extremely fast and very secure. I also value the ability to track sign-offs and see which pages clients spend the most time on. Redlining is very simple and helps address client concerns easily, making closing sales and signing off on contracts much quicker. Additionally, I appreciate the simplicity, pricing, and the ability to collaborate.

There are some new updates that came through in PandaDoc, so I'd have to review those. Hence, me knocking off one point.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

As a Sales Executive, I really like PandaDoc because it keeps all of my client-facing forms in one place. It’s integrated with our Hubspot instance, which allows me to auto-generate and initiate pricing proposals directly from Hubspot.  We are able to load all of our pricing tables and everything. So putting together that proposal is a very quick, easy and seamless process, and the PandaDoc UI is on point and makes it virtually effortless.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

My only wish would be that the interface was cleaned up. That much more where I could just make any edits to proposal without having to click back into the proposal, and could just do so from the main proposal review page.

I really like using PandaDoc for approval processes and employment offers. The ability to create and save templates for various documents like employment offers and compensation plans is great because it makes it easy to access and send them out. The recent update that allows for in-line signing and inserting fields in line with text has been a big improvement, resolving issues with signatures displacing. It really helps us to have documents approved before they go out. It's also helpful that I can see when certain documents like termination notices are viewed. Overall, PandaDoc is an integral part of our workflow, especially since we move fast, and it supports our business needs well.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

I think the biggest thing that needed improvement was the issue with signatures flying across the file when adding text, but that has been addressed by a recent update. I feel like I also need more guidance or a training course to navigate all the recent changes in PandaDoc, as that's the only gap I have now.

I find PandaDoc fairly quick and easy to use. It sends everything automatically and reminds the customer to sign. It allows me to adjust different forms for different clients. I appreciate the little fields to fill in, being able to add fields for signature, date, and different aspects of the form. It's really easy to add each field and personalize each document, and it's quick and easy to send off with a note. Everything is there for you. I also like that I don't have to adjust the form; I can adjust it on PandaDoc for their particular needs using the text fields, date fields, or number fields, making it quicker and easier than having to create a different document every single time.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

Sometimes I find it really hard to find where documents are stored. It feels like I have to go searching every single time I open PandaDoc for the right page. And some things are labeled a little bit in a confusing way, so I never know whether to look in templates or create a new document. That takes a bit of time, and I find it frustrating.

I use PandaDoc to send secure documents for signatures, and it really streamlines our signing process, which is great. It makes it more efficient to quickly get documents signed and ensures that no confidential information is leaked. I love that it's really easy to use with a great interface, making navigation effortless. The program cuts down on process time, and I appreciate being able to send documents via links, especially since sending through text is often faster than email. The initial setup was very easy, which is a big plus.

The only thing I said that could be improved is the edit feature. When I add a text field to one of my documents, it doesn't allow me to change the font size anymore. On the previous version, it did, but this version doesn't allow me to specify the font size, like choosing a 10-point font instead of a 15-point font because the 15-point font sometimes doesn't fit on the line. So, it would be helpful to improve that feature to make more edits to a field as needed.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

PandaDoc provides a straightforward document generation and e-signature experience and integrates well with HubSpot. The platform is easy for end users to adopt, templates are simple to manage, and the document workflow is generally intuitive. For organizations with standardized agreement processes, PandaDoc helps streamline document creation, signature collection, and client onboarding while providing good visibility into document status and activity.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

The product itself generally performs well, but the customer experience after purchase can be challenging. Support responsiveness and escalation paths are not always clear when business-critical issues arise, and obtaining ownership of complex issues can be difficult.

We also found the renewal process to be unnecessarily adversarial and overly focused on preserving contract value rather than aligning pricing and packaging with actual customer usage and operational requirements. Multiple contract revisions, inconsistent communication, and significant effort were required to document agreed-upon commercial terms. Organizations that depend heavily on PandaDoc for revenue operations should carefully evaluate support expectations, escalation procedures, account management practices, and renewal mechanics in addition to the platform's functionality.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I primarily use PandaDoc to read quotes, and I like how the interface looks—clean and easy to locate, which is important to me. It keeps the quotes clean and organized, and I especially like that there is a designed section for billing details that helps me in my work. The separate sections, like the signer and billing sections, are really beneficial since the signer might not be the same person who receives invoices. The initial setup was pretty smooth, which I appreciated. Our quotes look much better now, and it’s more organized for me to go through.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

Since my previous review, we've implemented the CPQ features of PandaDoc. We use it to run deal-desk, have grants of authorities for our sales reps, and prevent unauthorized discounting or gamification of our legal sales and pricing agreements. This is a big step up in automation from how we've previously used PandaDocs and is much more advanced. That being said, most of the complexity is on the side of the PandaDocs Administrator. While highly technical to setup, once we got it going we were able to reduce all of the inputs to 2-3 variable fields for our Sales Teams making it super simple to use. 

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

Having a specific way to discount by unit/$ and show before/after would be great. Currently you're able to discount by % at the end of a quote, but this doesn't always work for per/unit pricing agreement tables. 

This is possible through some of the more advanced settings, but requires you to write a bunch of rules/automations for this. This makes it marginally more difficult when things change and need to be updated given the scale of rules/automations. 

More logic on auto-setting amounts for date fields would also be great. 

**What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My Department executes a variety of agreements with our existing clients to expand upon our initial offerings and contracts. PandaDocs provides a simple integrated solution that allows my team to not fuss over contracts, quickly draft them, and get them into a client's hands without spending inordinate amounts of time with legal or management to ensure we're in compliance with different policies and procedures.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I find PandaDoc incredibly useful as it makes onboarding new clients super easy. It instills trust as a very trusted software and is easy to use. I like the different templates available, making it simple to edit and send out contracts quickly. It also helps send reminders to clients, which speeds up their signing process. The feature that reminds clients to sign contracts is particularly valuable, as it allows me to prompt them without having to reach out physically. The ability to save templates is fantastic because it speeds things up for different departments to sign or send out contracts. Integrating with Salesforce is super easy and makes tracking contracts on actual opportunities super straightforward. Setting up was a breeze; I just logged in, and everything was ready with all templates at my disposal. I would highly recommend PandaDoc, rating it a nine or even a ten due to its ease of use.

I find PandaDoc to be very user-friendly, which is crucial for my role in the business development team. It gives me the freedom to tailor each proposal correctly to my clients and prospects. I really like being able to easily access already existing tables and the ability to show and hide items that need editing. The library feature is another big plus, as it allows me to add additional information to my proposals. Moreover, it syncs seamlessly with my Gmail and Slack, which streamlines my workflow. It's the best proposal generation tool I've used in my career, and setting it up was super simple. I work in a company with over 300 employees, and I would rate my likelihood of recommending it as a 10 out of 10.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I really like PandaDoc's simple interface, making it easy to understand how to upload documents and work with them. We also created different folders for each department, allowing them to use it independently. It's great to see the status of the document in the candidate's profile, like when a signature is pending or signed. The integration with our ATS is smooth, and having the signed documents attached to the candidate's profile makes things much easier. The initial setup was absolutely easy, thanks to our account manager who helped us with everything quickly. PandaDoc provides value to our legal and recruitment teams, and I have nothing negative to mention. We just have positive feedback from the recruiting team.

I think that it's not possible to edit the document right in the platform, but I'm not sure.

I really enjoy PandaDoc because it makes it easy for my clients to see that they've accessed the documents. I love how easy it is to keep templates, as I don't like reinventing the wheel over and over again. It's very intuitive and simple, which really suits my 'learn as you go' style, because I don't like reading a lot of instructions or watching videos. I find it very easy to use and navigate. I really appreciate the ability to use templates the most, allowing me to build forms and then customize them for each use. I also like to use PandaDoc with Canva, which adds to its versatility. It was affordable, easy to understand, and I liked it right from the receiver side when somebody first sent me a document through PandaDoc. The initial setup was very easy—I tried the free trial and knew it was perfect, so I signed up. Overall, I recommend PandaDoc all the time and would rate it a ten.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

PandaDoc is super easy to use and super intuitive, which makes my life easier. It allows me to edit documents without having to fill every single item again, making it a pretty cool tool. I appreciate that it's the best tool for what I need to do. The automatic signature detection feature is really helpful when I upload documents that need a customer's signature. Instead of printing and getting manual signatures, I can just send an e-document for e-signature, which is pretty useful. The initial setup was incredibly easy; someone explained it to me in ten minutes, and I immediately understood what to do. It's perfect for our small team as well, with three of us using it effectively.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

What I like the most about PandaDoc is that we can do the whole process in, like, less than a minute. It's very easy and simple to use. After that, all we have to do is just send our clients a link, and they'll be able to sign whatever forms they have to sign in under a minute. It makes it valuable to me because having the ability to get that done under a minute allows us to get more business done, move faster, and have our clients satisfied. It improves our efficiency by having a certificate of completion, allowing us to be on point with all the documents and regulations we have to follow. It also improves the client's credibility with us, having a document that they signed and a copy of their own. The process is self-explanatory; it's pretty straightforward. It already uses an AI-generated system, which allows us to make the process even quicker for the clients. The initial setup was very easy, and I think it's a pretty reasonable price for all the services included.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

 I enjoy the easy to use platform to build documents/templates to increase efficiency. The dashboard is a life saver as it allows me to easily check where a client is at with a document and allows me to chase them when required

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

I find that I some times have issues with numbering and tables, however I think is is moreso from me having an MS Office mentality and that it will just take some time to get used to PandaDocs instead
