"User-Friendly Platform That Streamlines QuickBooks Online Order Syncing for Wine Industry"

What do you like best about Orderwerks?

The platform is user friendly and easy to understand. Also, the Rep assigned to assist is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Orderwerks has helped the ease of syncing orders to Quickbooks Online making my production time more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orderwerks?

Some of the fields do not sync over to Quickbooks Online and I have to manually enter the fields in each time. Our Rep is working on this but it may be more of a Quickbooks issue that is no fault of Orderwerks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Orderwerks solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have struggled with syncing information over to our Accounting program but our Orderwerks rep goes above and beyond to assist. Just recently, I informed him of an issue with Orderwerks not resetting to the filter and going back to default settings. Stephen helped right away and the issue was resolved within an hour! "Efficient Order Management with Stellar Support"

What do you like best about Orderwerks?

I like how Orderwerks streamlines everything and makes it easy to see everything all in one place. It's great that the order goes directly to our production facility and that everyone in the company has a record of the order from the start through shipping and invoicing. This saves us time, allowing people to be more productive in other areas of our business. As a new company, transitioning from manual processes to having visuals and records of every order for every customer has been beneficial. Also, Stephen at Orderwerks has been amazing in customizing our system to meet our needs, and their customer service is awesome. It was easy to set up, and while it seemed weird at first to start using something new, it quickly became simple to use. "Orderwerks Makes Classroom Supply Ordering Easy with Organized Inventory"

What do you like best about Orderwerks?

Orderwerks has made it very convenient to order supplies for the classrooms. Having an organized inventory in the district means the materials needed are always on hand for our teachers. The system is very easy to use and "shops" like most other online platforms. Orderwerks has lightened the load of ordering for classrooms. Previously, the majority of ordering was done at the beginning and/or end of the year- which are already busy times. Now a teacher can order what they need when they run out. "Quick Ordering with Responsive Support"

What do you like best about Orderwerks?

I like Orderwerks for its user-friendliness and the quick and easy ordering process it offers at my beauty supply business location. Any issues or improvements I thought of were addressed by the developer, who responds right away and fixes them within two to three days tops. We moved to Orderwerks when Handshake was absorbed by Salesforce and needed an order entry solution for the field. It's very helpful to have all the photos loaded so the customer can see new items in the catalog and the reps can find items by number, scan, or search, so makes it easy to reorder. What do you like best about Orderwerks?

We used an internal database created years ago as our order system for my small business. When the database would no longer work due to updates to WordPress, I scrambled to find a solution that would fit my small business needs. Most of the pre-packaged database type software I found was for larger companies and not a cost effective solution for us. Then I found Orderwerks. It is a powerful, cost effective tool for my business. Orderwerks was very helpful in getting our information over to their system so that we kept the historical information and were up and running with new orders in under a week. What do you dislike about Orderwerks?

What do you like best about Orderwerks?

I love having Orderwerks available 24/7 to reorder necessary supplies in the classroom. As soon as I am low, I can take a look at my grade band and what is available. The thumbnail pictures are very helpful. Best part of all, everything I order comes straight to my school in less than a week! The system is super easy to use and very convenient.
