It's helpful to log into the site and access any software for which my LEA has a license. It's quick and simple! **What do you dislike about RapidIdentity?** The only thing that bothers me about RapidIdentity is that you don't stay logged on for long before the system automatically logs you out. Then with some software programs, you have to manually log out of RapidIdentity and then log in again before being able to access the software. **What problems is RapidIdentity solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't have any issues that I've brought to the attention of RapidIdentity. I haven't dealt with their customer service, so I can't say how that would work for me or my LEA. ### 2. I like the fact that I can sign on to a single program each morning instead of each program as I need to access it. **What do you dislike about RapidIdentity?** The only downside of RapidIdentity that I have found is that it has some trouble working with password auto-fill on Google Chrome. It remembers my password, but not my username. **What problems is RapidIdentity solving and how is that benefiting you?** RapidIdentity saves a lot of time logging into various programs I use as a teacher. It allows me to spend more time focusing on other things, even if it is just a little. ### 4. It's a great IDM tool. **What do you dislike about RapidIdentity?** It could be a little more intuitive on how it organizes apps. The interface for remote access of local files (S Drive) leaves a lot to be desired. Very clunky and no ability to preview an image makes it very problematic to access files. Something that I ran into a lot during the COVID Panedemic when I was working remotely. **What problems is RapidIdentity solving and how is that benefiting you?** It eliminates the need to keep track of 50 different login credentials. Not only is it a big time saver, but it is secure and IT can automatically upload new apps to your portal. ### 5. Once I log in in the morning, I can easily access all of the platforms I need throughout the rest of my workday. **What do you dislike about RapidIdentity?** I dislike the frequency with which RapidIdentity requires that I change my password. I understand that this helps secure my account, but it is an inconvenience to have to change this often. **What problems is RapidIdentity solving and how is that benefiting you?** RapidIdentity increases instructional time as teachers and students are not having to lose time finding logins/codes for multiple learning platforms. We're quickly able to attend to the business of learning. ### 6. It houses everything all in one place which is convenient most of the time. **What do you dislike about RapidIdentity?** I dislike that when I try going into my e-mail it makes me log into rapid identity when my password is already saved in my computer. I used to be able to get into my e-mail much faster before rapid identity. **Recommendations to others considering RapidIdentity:** I like the idea of rapid identity. However, I think they still have some tweaks to work out to make it run smoother. I think it is suitable for people that have a hard time remembering their passwords. If you are like me and always memorize your passwords, this program can just slow you down. **What problems is RapidIdentity solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves problems of forgetting logins for different websites. It houses everything all in one place which is convenient most of the time. ### 7. From taking attendance to learning management systems to training programs, RapidIdentity makes life a little easier in the classroom. It has saved me a lot time and headaches already this year. **What do you dislike about RapidIdentity?** The only thing that I dislike about RapidIdentity is that I cannot save my username with Chrome. It lets me save my password, just not my username. **What problems is RapidIdentity solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem that I am solving with RapidIdentity is logging into programs I need in a more timely and efficient manner through a single simplified login. ### 8. It is the perfect platform for everything my students need. Very easy to use and explain to my students. The cloud-based service is good to stop hardware on the IAM platform. **What do you dislike about RapidIdentity?** It is possible to improve the analytics offered. The ability to adapt reports and execute them is mediocre and we would welcome a more comprehensive reporting kit. **Recommendations to others considering RapidIdentity:** For the AIM system of your business, I would suggest using the RapidIdentity. **What problems is RapidIdentity solving and how is that benefiting you?** For my client, RapidIdentity has significantly improved the solution of identification and access management. The implementation was quick and simple, and I appreciate the possibility of having an identity platform on a cloud basis. Compared with other access management systems, the costs for service interchange are good. ### 10.
