The only thing that bothers me about RapidIdentity is that you don't stay logged on for long before the system automatically logs you out. It could be a little more intuitive on how it organizes apps. The interface for remote access of local files (S Drive) leaves a lot to be desired. Very clunky and no ability to preview an image makes it very problematic to access files. Something that I ran into a lot during the COVID Panedemic when I was working remotely. I like how RapidIdentity simplifies logging into the various programs that I use as a middle school teacher.
