**What do you like best about OrderEase?**

It has streamlined our order operations and relieved the burden of manual data entry processes for my team. Their team has consistently provided strong support, with same-day responses whenever issues arise, either confirming a resolution or outlining next steps. Our current account manager, Donna, has been especially helpful in maintaining clear communication and ensuring our active projects stay on track.

**What do you dislike about OrderEase?**

There can be occasional challenges during new customer onboarding or when setting up new connections, however these are addressed quickly by the support team, and once everything is established, the system runs reliably.

**What problems is OrderEase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with keeping up with all the separate online and EDI portals our customers used for order processes. OrderEase centralized everything into one place for us while also integrating with our system to cut out many steps of the process at the same time.

**What do you like best about OrderEase?**

OrderEase is very easy to work with. They helped us get our integrations dialed in to the exact process that worked best for our company, helping us save time and money daily. They are super responsive and the support is great.

**What do you dislike about OrderEase?**

The only downside we have come across so far is not having support of a 753 & 754 routing request.

**What problems is OrderEase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OrderEase helps our team process orders immediately, letting us get shipments booked sooner and products out the door on time.

**What do you like best about OrderEase?**

One location for where our distributors and our sales reps can go to place orders. Integration with our ERP allows for smooth order processing. Scheduling for product catalogs and pricing allow for quick setup of promotional pricing or featured product catalogs for events.

**What do you dislike about OrderEase?**

Notifications of new feature roll outs don't always occur leaving us unaware when things change.

OrderEase provides us with one location for product information, pricing, inventory, etc. that is secure yet accessible and offers connectivity to other platforms to expand our business.

Its somewhere for customers to place an order for the items they want, so they don't have to just tell us which items they want and then we have to create a whole document, it creates it for us

A platform that can serve both as B2B and sales rep order entry. This means less time managing different portals and more time improving one.

Efficient system with not too many frills. It works well for my team and is extremely user friendly.

**What do you dislike about OrderEase?**

Sometimes there's system glitches and I wish it was easier to edit/merge customers and orders, or clean up products.

It is our solution to have a shoppable marketplace for internal marketing items

**What do you like best about OrderEase?**

When we started trading with Home Depot, we needed a fast and reliable way to manage EDI orders. Within 30 days, OrderEase had us processing Home Depot orders without our team needing to log into countless portals or manage documents. The level of support we received was second to none. Today, we have a fully automated workflow between our systems, our tech, and Home Depot, all thanks to OrderEase.

**What do you dislike about OrderEase?**

Nothing needed at this time—their support team is usually very quick to resolve any issues, typically within 24 hours.

**What problems is OrderEase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve eliminated hours of back-and-forth communication and manual entry. Orders come in clean. Product and pricing data are consistent, and we’re growing beyond what we ever projected. We finally feel like a tech-enabled company, not one duct-taping systems together or managing countless spreadsheets and portals.

- Ease of integration  for multiple platforms
- Great support with clear communication from all departments
- Open to review and discuss new features to be added to assist with efficiency and alleviate manual workload
- Attention and dedication to provide and implement solutions that fit our unique business practices and operations

**What do you dislike about OrderEase?**

- Customers are not able to track or see tracking numbers for shipped orders through portal
- No courier shipping options or value provided for customers at time of checkout
- No cc payment options at checkout
- Not able to edit or cancel an order through portal
The above are currently not available on OrderEase however we have discussed they have confirmed these features are in the works to be added.

**What do you like best about OrderEase?**

This program has allowed our company to have a cost avoidance of 2 additional employees over the last 2 years.  Our connection has opened up opportunities to do business with companies that require an EDI connection. Without OrderEase, we would have had to turn down the business or pay monthly fees to do business with these companies.  Implementation was easy and response time by the OrderEase team was well above average.  Our account manager is the best!  We have grown with OrderEase over the past 3 years.  New features continue to create better business solutions for our company.

**What do you dislike about OrderEase?**

I would say the main downfall is that we do run into some hiccups along the way and we are not always sure what caused the issue.

**What problems is OrderEase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OrderEase is solving manual order entry, invoicing, tracking, and inventory.  OrderEase has also created features (Media Library) that benefit our entire company (employees and reps).  We now have a central database for all marketing material that can be updated and released to our sales reps.

OrderEase has allowed our small sales force to efficiently take orders, confirm details with our customers and get the product out the door for shipment quickly.  The time it takes to process an order internally has decreased tremendously, allowing us to do more with less.

**What do you dislike about OrderEase?**

The integration into Sage can be glitchy and requires reconnection at times.

**What problems is OrderEase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has put the order entry into the hands of our Sales Force to process the initial order and to confirm with the customer. This speeds up the time it takes internally to get the orders out the door.

The Account Managers are very responsive and the ease of use, especially with EDI Transactions!

This is a tough question...If I had to pick something, Maybe it takes a sometime to get setup. However, all good things do :)

My Home Depot and Lowe's orders are completely automated. The only thing left for my team is to print a shipping label!

**What do you like best about OrderEase?**

OrderEase provides our outside sales reps with a platform to place orders and locate product information  anywhere they may be. Other benefits are: having the ability to handle complex pricing structures, including scheduled promos, multiple product catalogs and integration with many B2B platforms.

Customer support is always quick to respond and new feature requests are often implemented, where possible, in a short period of time.

More integration options with ERP software would be beneficial

Providing a sales tool for our outside sales reps as well as a B2B portal for our distributors.

I’ve been impressed with this ordering system – it's incredibly user-friendly and makes managing incoming orders a breeze.  I can quickly find exactly what I need. On top of that, the customer service team is responsive and always ready to assist, which makes the whole experience even better. 
I also appreciate that level of confidentiality there is with needing to requests permission to view catalogues.

**What do you dislike about OrderEase?**

With any online platform, there can be a challenge on the consumer side if not well versed with using systems such as this. I would ensure your clientele have some degree of confidence in submitting online orders.

OrderEase allows our customers to have immediate product information without having to consult our team.

What I love most about Orderease is how seamlessly it connects our orders to QuickBooks, making invoice creation a breeze. It also automates the process of generating labels for our team, which saves us time and effort daily.  

Plus, whenever we've encountered any issues, the support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful!

**What do you dislike about OrderEase?**

Not entirely Ordereae fault but we do wish when Wayfair has updates it didn't affect automation.

Because there are many users with different needs on the platform some things may not be customizable or adjustable.

I like the ease to enter the world of linkgreen, the operations for sales and purchases are very precise, safe and the best very fast, you can save a lot of time and get what you want.

It still has very little propaganda in the world of agriculture, I would love that some media made mention of this great movement.

It is a software that is very easy to understand and manage, it is a tool to increase potential clients and to keep fixed clients with you, you can be very active in the market and it will help you improve and increase your reputation as a company. Totally recommended

You can solve many problems safely and quickly, it is a giant tool since in other companies your software only allows you to do business of a kind whether retail or wholesale, linkgreen gives you the option to make purchases and wholesale sales or as a retailer , saving you time and giving you more options.

**What do you like best about OrderEase?**

It is really nice and easy to sell and buy over here, it is an extraordinary tool.
Since we used LinkGreen we have been able to facilitate and even better increase our sales, it is best to have the catalog at hand, to offer the customer the possibility to see it online and buy automatically if desired, easy and fast.

**What do you dislike about OrderEase?**

Nothing to mention, we are very happy with what this software offers us.

You can establish yourself in the market in a very fast way, the ease of this software in addition to the possibilities it offers, such as being able to let you know in the market, customer growth, improvement in sales, and a huge facility when it comes to show your products and make sales, it's wonderful

Sales are very easy, sometimes the lack of customers, or the movements of customers in our company was a problem but with this software the potential of customers increases and sales are kept at a great pace, easy to use, a very good software and has an excellent application for mobile devices
