What do you like best about OrderEase?

When we started trading with Home Depot, we needed a fast and reliable way to manage EDI orders. Within 30 days, OrderEase had us processing Home Depot orders without our team needing to log into countless portals or manage documents. The level of support we received was second to none. Today, we have a fully automated workflow between our systems, our tech, and Home Depot, all thanks to OrderEase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OrderEase?

What do you like best about OrderEase?

- Ease of integration for multiple platforms

- Great support with clear communication from all departments

What do you dislike about OrderEase?

- Customers are not able to track or see tracking numbers for shipped orders through portal

- No courier shipping options or value provided for customers at time of checkout

- No cc payment options at checkout

- Not able to edit or cancel an order through portal

What do you like best about OrderEase?

This program has allowed our company to have a cost avoidance of 2 additional employees over the last 2 years. Our connection has opened up opportunities to do business with companies that require an EDI connection. Without OrderEase, we would have had to turn down the business or pay monthly fees to do business with these companies. Implementation was easy and response time by the OrderEase team was well above average. Our account manager is the best! We have grown with OrderEase over the past 3 years. What do you dislike about OrderEase?

What do you like best about OrderEase?

OrderEase has allowed our small sales force to efficiently take orders, confirm details with our customers and get the product out the door for shipment quickly. What do you like best about OrderEase?

OrderEase provides our outside sales reps with a platform to place orders and locate product information anywhere they may be. Other benefits are: having the ability to handle complex pricing structures, including scheduled promos, multiple product catalogs and integration with many B2B platforms.

What do you like best about OrderEase?

I’ve been impressed with this ordering system – it's incredibly user-friendly and makes managing incoming orders a breeze. I can quickly find exactly what I need. On top of that, the customer service team is responsive and always ready to assist, which makes the whole experience even better.

What do you like best about OrderEase?

What I love most about Orderease is how seamlessly it connects our orders to QuickBooks, making invoice creation a breeze. It also automates the process of generating labels for our team, which saves us time and effort daily.
