I would not have been able to manage the process without it. The employee portal is extremely valuable, allowing employees to easily monitor their vesting, track value creation, and view their shareholdings. ### 2. They also are pretty much plug-and-play and the setup is easy and can be refined over time. Our contact person is very available and helpful and has a good response time. **What do you dislike about Optio Incentives?** The calcs are more 'black box' and it is harder to control check the exact calculations so you just need to trust the process.
