From an administrator’s perspective, the platform provides flexible and easily accessible reporting capabilities that have been extremely valuable for reconciliation, audit requirements, and compliance reporting. From an employee’s perspective, I find the Qapita interface intuitive, user-friendly, and easy to navigate. The integration process was seamless, and the Qapita team was highly collaborative and supportive throughout the implementation. The pricing was competitive and represented excellent value, making it an important factor in our decision to proceed with the implementation. The onboarding experience was smooth and well managed. Our existing Excel-based records were successfully migrated to the Qapita platform, enabling easy access to individual datasets and improving overall data management. We have not yet implemented Qapita’s AI-powered features, but we look forward to exploring their capabilities as we continue to expand our use of the platform. For employees who are new to ESOPs or unfamiliar with equity compensation terminology, some sections of the Qapita platform may initially require a bit of time to understand. The terminology and concepts can present a slight learning curve for first-time users. However, with regular use and a basic understanding of ESOP concepts, employees become comfortable navigating the platform and interpreting the information. What problems is Qapita solving and how is that benefiting you? Before implementing the ESOP plan through Qapita, the Company relied extensively on manual processes to maintain records of vesting and exercise transactions, calculate perquisite values, and perform annual reconciliations. These activities were time-consuming, prone to manual effort, and required significant coordination across teams. Following the implementation of the Qapita platform, these processes have become significantly more streamlined and efficient. Manual intervention has been greatly reduced, reconciliation activities can now be completed in much less time, and the platform enables us to generate a wide range of reports quickly and accurately. On top of that, the support from Pranita on the Customer Onboarding team was excellent. She was always just a call away and quick to respond, which made the onboarding process smooth and hassle-free. One area that could be improved is offering more customization options and broader integrations—especially a seamless link with platforms like Keka. I also appreciate that it brings all company data onto a single platform, which makes it easier to access, manage, and stay organized. I appreciate the platform overall, but I believe there is room to enhance the user experience. One improvement would be to strengthen the calculable data functionality by allowing users to view investment amounts in multiple currencies. For example, if the base currency is SGD, it would be helpful to have an option to display the primary invested amount in other currencies, such as USD, making cross-currency analysis more convenient and transparent. It has made reporting so much easier with the various reports available on the platform. With the recent changes to the reports, employees understand the value of their ESOPs better, especially with features like payslips and the valuation slider. I find Qapita very helpful for keeping our cap table accurate and readily available for investors when they need it. It removes the hassle of back and forth in Excel, so all financial teams and investors stay informed without effort. Additionally, I appreciate the high-quality support from the team, which stands out. The cap table management tool is good, and our 409A valuations are super relevant. Allocating grants is also super easy, which is another useful feature. The setup was pretty easy, thanks to the team helping us through screen sharing sessions.
