OPAL has literally freed up my mornings, by taking care of all of my inventory reporting and shipping fulfillment across multiple platforms. It allowed us to keep using Quickbooks rather than spending much more. We use Opal everday to exchange EDI files and send all the required documents. The software is easy to use , easy to implement and easy to integrate. Customer support is excellent, issues resolved quickly. **What do you dislike about OPAL?** I don't like the time zone in Texas.
