What do you like best about Oktopost?

Having used multiple social media platforms in the past, Oktopost is the first that has been a joy to use from a UX and UI point of view. It's actually fun to build dashboards and run all of your social in one visually appealing place.

This is particularly important from an employee advocacy point of view—if a tool is hard or clunky to use, then employees won't use it, simple as that. Thankfully, Oktopost is quick and easy, and training is basically not needed as it's so intuitive.

Finally, the value-added support has been the best I've ever received from a B2B SaaS product (shout out to Grant!), and the team is equally comfortable talking at a strategic level as they are supporting with product questions and ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oktopost?

Hard to find any downsides to be honest, as it's just street ahead of any other social media tools for B2B companies.

If I had to choose one at this point - then I guess it would be great to have people on the ground in other countries we're based (Germany for example) - but I'm sure that will come with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Oktopost?

Oktopost has singlehandedly let me launch a social program for ActionIQ at a scale the company has never seen in 6 years. And the fact that I can do that with one platform is remarkable as one person. And I leverage most, if not all, of my analytics and reporting from Oktopost. So as a one-stop shop, I'm finding a lot of success. There are aspects of the platform that ActionIQ doesn't leverage, but I think that's also a sign that Oktopost has multiple uses to fit different scales of company size/growth. For me, it's unfortunate how un-useful the Listening feature was for Oktopost and the only part of my current social program I had to leverage a separate tool for. I wish there wasn't a limitation or pay wall behind the amount of posts we could pull or queries we could have available to us. The social advocacy programme is fantastic, so easy for advocates (employees) to help grow our social presence and generate leads. I also really appreciate being able to turn on/off certain notifications meaning I am not distracted by irrelevant information, and I can quickly see when I need to approve posts.
