What do you like best about Okri?

The essence of OKR (Objectives and Key Results) method is terrific. It leads to the formulation of roles and responsibilities and and brings uniformity across the teams. The ability to deep-dive into complete tasks which could then be measured and monitored could be a very exhilarating concept. Therefore, your progress can be tracked constantly. What do you dislike about Okri?

Implementing OKRs become a problem due to its understanding. Precisely it happens, to be strict and bureaucratic it gives no end to meetings and of course goal chasing without involving the entire picture.
