Everything looks more organized, we now have a fresh and impeccable look. The customer service we have received from Officite has been amazing even with most people working from home due to Covid. We have received top notch service When we have changes that need to be made they are very efficiently done. Our website was up and running within days. We couldn't be happier with Officite. **What do you dislike about Officite?** We really do not have a single negative thing to say about Officite. We have had nothing but positive results with this company. The customer service we have received has been amazing and our website is very professional looking.. This year has been a struggle for most companies ours included. Officite like most companies have had most employees working from home. Where customer service has failed some companies during this stay at home year... Officite has not been one of them. We have had excellent service and have never waited more than 24 hours for web-site changes or updates. **Recommendations to others considering Officite:** Make the change today you will not regret it. **What problems is Officite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think our online presence has been greatly impacted by switching to Officite. We have seen more traffic on our site due to the accessibility of our web-site. We are easier to find on the web. We are now able to survey our patient population and improve our practice based on feedback given. We are able to link this feedback for future patients to see. We are very happy ! ### 2. Almost 2 weeks ago I called support regarding a link on our website for our patients to complete an online COVID 19 pre - screening. Four days ago the link was still not corrected so I put in a support ticket online. I have not heard anything in response to the issue, very disappointing. With the new regulations for COVID 19 pre-screenings it is critical for our patients to be able to compete this form prior to their appointments. As a result we are calling patients for the pre-screening and we do not have the man power to complete them this way. **What problems is Officite solving and how is that benefiting you?** At this point we have a website, but the benefits are not realized without it functioning properly. ### 3. Never any issues with not getting communications. **What do you dislike about Officite?** I don't think there is anything specifically that I dislike. **What problems is Officite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use this as our communication system.
