I love the way it integrates seamlessly with my Zoom account as well as my Google calendar. I like that it gives me everything I need without having to integrate a lot of different platforms. I can have a video library and online store without going outside of OfferingTree.They also provides lots of free training and informational posts to make it super easy to use. AND they're continually improving the platform based on user suggestions and feedback. They're really great to work with if any support is needed. I don't like that certain things cannot be customized (can we PLEASE not call a series price option "Drop In"???) and that I cannot open spaces in my series for drop-ins and instead need to create a different class. These two things have really confused my students.

The staff working behind the scenes at OfferingTree are phenomenal. They are always quick to answer my questions and/or service requests. When we were switching over to OT from Wix, they held my hand the whole way and it was so easy to move our clients and their passes over (and when there was a minor hiccup, they helped me solve it). I also like that I've been able to customize the booking software and my website to suit our unique needs as a non-profit, sliding scale studio. I find the plug-and-play aspect of the website to sometimes be a bit limiting and clunky. I moved from Wix to OT for ethical reasons, and the only thing I missed about Wix was the website building interface was much more advanced and customizable. But I've been able to figure out workarounds for most everything I want to do with the website, and the pros of working with OT definitely outweigh this minor setback. When i first started using Offering Tree, the website designer was not that attractive, but new templates are now available and you can now make a much more appealing site. I wish there was more design functionality in the email newsletter designer, but its great that this function is available within the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having a platform that serves as a website, schedule, and payment processing all integrated together is key! I also appreciate that they have good communication as a B2B, and their customer service is amazing, very responsive. Lastly, I appreciate that they are open to feedback and regularly communicate about the improvements that they make.
