I like that Offering Tree simplifies all my website software needs into one user-friendly platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OfferingTree does not offer a buildable shopping cart for my clients. They are required to check out for each individual item at a time.

I also dislike that the 404 page is an Offering Tree URL and logo/marketing and not my URL and website branding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Here are four things I love about OfferingTree – 

1. The scheduling software and how easy it is for my clients to book their classes and appointments. I use it for all of my scheduling needs from 1:1 consultation calls to large webinars.

2. OfferingTree acts as your full website, and not just a software you have to embed into a separate site – although that is also possible to do.

3. Their customer support and team are top notch. They listen to the users and are always working on the next helpful update. OfferingTree is so much better now than when I joined in 2021, and I liked it a lot back then.

4. Finally, OfferingTree is super affordable for everything you get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The current downside of OfferingTree is that because it is an all-in-one, it doesn't integrate as easily with other platforms. There is some integration with Zapier (yay!) but not super robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OfferingTree is user-friendly and someone like me with no experience creating a website was able to have my website set up easily. OfferingTree has video tutorials to help you every step of the way. They also have support from real people who get back to you quickly. Any issue or question I have had has been resolved and answered promptly. I love that I can customize my pages without needing to know how to code. OfferingTree is constantly listening to their users feedback and making upgrades to their software and adding requested features. I no longer need multiple softwares to run my business. I wish OfferingTree allowed me to use offer other forms of payment for my clients, instead of just Stripe. But it's not a deal breaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All in one services. I love that I am able to manage most of my business needs (classes, retreats, 1on1 scheduling, etc) directly through offering tree without needing to involve other websites. There are still some limitations. Like the ability to retry my own payment as the business owner. The email marketing I wish had more edits available within the website. I also wish there was an app for backend operations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike they have many things that cant be configured in spanish. I am in Mexico and many of my clients don´t speak english. If they need to reset their password, for example, the instructions, emails etc are in english. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I can have my website, offerings, payments, newsletter, and even blog through OT. Promo codes are very easy to use as well. They've got some great basic reports as well. I have had systems with more bells and whistles (and a MUCH higher pricetag) but found them too complicated to use as a sole proprieter. I can easily set up online or in person offerings and the majority of my clients can work with the software for online classes very easily. (Over 70 crowd sometimes needs a little more support from me to get started).

I have found support to be very responsive and helpful, and they frequently offer workshops and the like to help you figure things out from both a software perspecitve and a biz perspective.

Highly recommend!

It integrates very easily with my zoom subscription for online use.

I currently offer 3 weekly live online classes and some private Pilates sessions and it 100%. pays for itself. My plan is to offer some courses and recorded content which I feel confident I can figure out with Offering tree. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a physical therapist and Pilates teacher. WHile OT has an option to keep notes that is sufficient for my Pilates clients, it doesn't have as robust an intake form and documentation format for physical therapy clients - but I can't complain because that's not what they set out to do - it's just what I wish they would do so I could ditch my other software! OfferingTree has truly transformed the way I manage my wellness business. I appreciate how all the essential tools—website, scheduling, payment processing, Zoom integration, email marketing, and client management—are integrated seamlessly in one platform. The interface is user-friendly, even for those without technical experience, and the design templates are both clean and professional, yet still offer the flexibility to add custom code for more advanced personalisation. I’m also grateful for their outstanding customer support and the comprehensive library of tutorials and videos available. The support team is responsive and genuinely committed to helping users succeed. There’s very little to dislike, but I’d love to see more design flexibility and custom layout options, particularly for advanced users who want to create more unique page structures. It would also be great if branded email sending were included on lower-tier plans instead of only the Pro Plus plan. I chose OfferingTree because I wanted the simplicity of a one-stop shop (or as close to that as possible) when it came to my business software. From the time I heard about OfferingTree on a podcast as I was preparing to launch my business, I loved the idea of having my email, scheduling, payment system and offerings connected. In the past I had used a piecemeal approach, and I just didn't have the energy for that again. I appreciate having it all in one place.

I also like OfferingTree's focus on wellness businesses, including the free webinars that are available to members.

When I have reached out to OfferingTree's customer service team, I have been impressed with the quick, friendly and helpful responses I have received.

I think OfferingTree's website-building tools may be a bit less flexible than some other platforms. For instance, having multiple lead generators requires some workarounds and takes a bit of energy. I was also disappointed when the texting options were "enhanced," requiring an additional fee to customize text messages. Overall, though, the simplicity of having my business tools in one place outweighs the frustrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ease of use and the support prompts along the way. It has made creating a website, offerings and launching this out to the world effortless. OT includes a lot of support in the way of videos and blogs for additional help in the process. I have no background in website design or platforms and this one is so easy to use. My only downside at this time for OT is how to manage a corporate client that may have multiple users with the ability to manage and invoice the company (parent) with the users (child). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have struggled with technology my whole life and found building my website to be a huge stressor. I love that I was able to build my own site and that new features are constantly coming out to make my site better and my life that much easier. So far, I have not experienced any downsides to using OT. The one complaint I had was recently resolved because enough people were also struggling with the same issue. They listened and fixed it.
